I hope I can find the time and add to these saga and keep the original feel intact if I do. I was never too clear what is was people liked about them, I don't know what "memes" it has, but I assume the ancient style of animation and tech used is a part of the appeal. It is for me anyway.

I always wanted to know if Megaman didn't destroy Dr. Wily's base with atomic fire. This video has already satisfied my curiosity. This turned out very good.

its crazy how you made these in a time before you could upload large files like that to the internet, you made these for your own amusement knowing that nobody would watch it other than you (and presumably friends and family who came to your house) as a gen z i can not fathom this
I would have had SOME Internet access to get the MIDI music and some of the should effects, so I eventually saw the early Movie Maker sites that shared movies, but by then I had made many movies just for my own entertainment as you said, and Mega Man would have started before I had any idea to share it for others to see. I will try to keep that spirit in some way here, though I have tried a few "fad" animations here like the "let me do it for you" thing to see if I could get a few more eyes here.

Everything is just the basic shapes available, sphere, cube, cylinder, or it's 3D letters. periods, parenthesis, ect. And the 1 explosion effect used to maximum potential.
I figured someone would make that little connection. This was more manageable than starting a full new movie, so let's see how it does. I'd like to make more but it needs to be worth while. I run another channel that makes a few cents that I am motivated to upload to. The hours needed are tedious and a few cents a view would at least help me justify the time I spend on them.

I would check the folders of the games I had for MIDI and sound effects to use in movie maker. Plus buy sound effect CDs in computer stores. Had to before the Internet had sounds to download.
@@NovaAnimations365 There was the Internet but most homes didn't have it. I would get to go to my dad's work place that had it and save MIDI music onto disks to take home.

@@candystealer420 Usually people say the same about this so just practice and do what you can do. You can find early movies on mine here like "Mega Mutant Meatball" where the animation is not great also.
I just use the standard program with no mods and try to find older sound effects and MIDI files, so they are made with as much old school tech as possible to give that older "felt this before" feeling.
Scary thought! I have actually played through and beat the first Mega Man X so that's a good start. I never owned a SNES growing up and always wanted it badly seeing the ads and commercials. The bosses look ROUGH to do in 3D Movie Maker though, ha ha ha.
I thought the Dragon came out really well. I was just going to do the Wily stuff but the Dragon's look convinced me to do all the bosses of Wily Castle.
Things are definitely looking up on the channel here. It's more of a possibility than ever before. I will say I am working on new content for this channel so get subscribed.
I appreciate that thank you. Every little shape has to be hand animated with this old program. People usually write it off because of the look but it takes some work to make things have a look and appearance that I want.
@@MBX3D I have my 3d Movies in a playlist on my channel. I actually updated 3d Bomberman & Sacred Sword graphics wise a bit, changed the music, new voices, etc!

I've been building to that since doing the Animorphs and the DRACULA animations here, Dracula has a cool more also. But Alien Wily is the best now.
This was a very good saga of movies, even the "meme" part of it aside, I like the fight scenes and the great expressions. This was fantastic!

feels weird to me how all of the assets look super thrown together, but the actual composition of the animation is super good
