Quite late to the video. I just thrifted the ginger Bubblecut on a Midge and Barbie body for two dollars. I had no idea she was in the bag of dolls I had picked up. She's in need of some TLC but I love restoring dolls and am excited to make her look new again.

What earrings did you use? I have a blond that says midge barbie and one that says just barbie. How do you take care of the oily face? And the green ear ?

Hi, I've only just seen your comment so sorry! The earrings are tiny plastic beads glued onto the end of pieces of plastic.
I treated their green ear by soaking a cotton pad in CalciumLimeRust Remover and leaving it on the ears until the green faded, and I've never had to treat oily faces but usually it's helped with some dish soap to clean it up and some collectors apply talcum powder every now and then.

​@constellationsofdolls8844 I don't know if you still collect, but a better and gentler way to remove green ear is by using a product called Remove Zit. It's less harsh and doesn't leave the bleaching that CLR often does.
