      Are you beginner in the pranayama? If you are the beginner please do not try to take a big deep breath and holding breath for some seconds, try to breath normally. Meditation and pranayama, you should always do comfortably. Try pranayama with normal breathing practice for 2 weeks, then try a little deep breath, still you should not feel uncomfortable, keep practicing, you will be able to take deep breath normally. Are you sleeping well in night? Are you having breakfast morning after pranayama ?
      If you follow all this you not feel uneasy,Please try this 2 weeks, still you have this problem please let me know. Thank you.

      Daily do meditation to calm your self
      Still you get fear talking with others, take deep breath before you start talking , calm yourself and proceed.
