Nice house! A few things I don’t like are : 1 the Master Bathroom layout is wrong! Where the Fireplace / TV is awkward! And the Closest are too small! 2 Not enough Backyard space! The Kitchen is absolutely amazing and so is the Basement

A beautiful dream home. Love the basement space but instead of a wet bar, there should be a full-size kitchen - the basement should feel like a guest house or like a second home.

Pros -- The room-by-room info captions are great! Other real estate videos should take the hint.
Cons -- Even if I could afford this home I'd look elsewhere, simply because of the lack of bathtubs. A relative or guest needing a soak - for whatever reason - should have options other than the master bath. That's just not cool.
