A bit of a stretch to claim Saddle River, NJ is 20 minutes from Manhattan, even if you are the only car on the road. While Saddle River is a mostly wealthy area, IMO-this house is just way over the top. This is New Jersey, you know. Taxes and maintenance are very high. An open room with a TV and some recliner chairs is a "theater"? Really? At this price point?
