I would never want a home this large, it feels or look nothing like a home, i get no cozyness feeling, only a huge draft from one room to another. You would literally need a scooter to get around, the Rich can have their large life, ill stay mediocre and cozy!

What would you call this style "post modern airplane hangar"? What is it trying to be with so many kitchens and laundry rooms? Super high ceilings are nice and dramatic in things like foyers but the whole joint? There is no sense of intimacy or scale It looks to me like the container a nice house was shipped in. It is a big empty fishbowl. What were they thinking? And that massive kitchen? WTF? Cruise Ships that cater to thousands of people aren't that big. Too large to be efficient. It seems like they have more space than ideas of what to do with it. It will not sell for anywhere near 7 million. There are far nicer mansions in New Jersey for that price.

This house boggles my mind. I dont understand a single square footage of it. That is all.
Nice video, but where were the nice views? I don't consider looking at my neighbors house, rooftops or buildings a nice view. You can't even see a decent full sunset. The living room was very odd & cold. The apartments were poorly set up. A bathroom should be close to the bedroom not the opposite end of the place. I don't consider this place handicap accessible just because it has an elevator. I'm severely handicapped and could not live in this house. Not one kitchen or bathroom catered to someone in a wheelchair. Imagine the energy wasted trying to get to and from that elevator every time you needed to go to another level. Definitely not my cup of tea.
