I used to have a yellow one with black rally stripes years ago...wish I still had it to restore...but I do still have my 1968 El Camino that's gonna be my next big build after the C10 I'm currently working on...awesome project! 🖖🏿😎👍🏿
@@tsdgarage5518 is an 1971 el Camino difficult to restore? And expensive? My brother had an el Camino blue the engine he installed was massive and green coloured when he died of was sold on an auction, due to debt i couldnt afford to buy it ever since then i dream about owing an blue 1971 el Camino one day i will buy one.
Hey doing some research on an older 350 I slapped in a Volvo, what heads were on that 71 350? My cast is CGC (1971 elcamino) but stock the engine should've come with a 2bbl. My engine has some 492 hump heads that also date code to around 1971 lol curious if that what you had goin on in the elco

These are a rare commodity here in Michigan, ours came from out west 👌
My 72 came off the assembly line
In Southern California
Mines a 72 Elco
BURY ME IN IT.
I bought it to flip as well in 2013.
Now?
I couldn’t afford to buy another to replace it💡
I have lots of parts for the elcos, I snatch up everything I come across because stuff here is hard to find.. I have a set of mint black bumpers👍
Can't wait to see it finished. I Have a '79 I'm working on now, waiting for parts.
Love the G-Body elcos as well. Best of luck on your build.
