If you want good fuel economy, keep it under 2k rpm. I get about 500 miles to the gallon on my lb7, it is a 24 gallon tank I believe. If I'm in overdrive i get about 22-24 ish mpg.
Just help out with the tires you have your speed on you gage is about 7 mph off so if it's saying your doing 70 your act doing about 77 I figured that out when I got pulled over and I used to have the same size

I was going right with traffic set at 70 on a 70 mph highway... and when I bumped it to 75 I was cruising right with everyone else in the fast lane going just a little faster than everyone else doing the speed limit.... if I was doing 82 in that truck I'd know it 😂😂😂 it would be rough lol

It connects to your phone and i love it. The plugs are in every vehicle made 1996 and after I believe so in theory your truck has it
To figure out your actual fuel mileage, you need to start with a full tank, then when you get to your final destination you need to fill up again. Take your miles driven and divide that by gallons it took fill up and that will be your actual fuel mileage! Your math is actually closer to 18 miles a gallon!

My 12 valve gets 240 miles to a quarter tank that means using LOUD'N'PROUD math is 27.5 MPG... when I actually only get 560-625 miles to the tank. I normally average 16-18 MPG at 60 boosting 4 psi at 1,700 RPM. But what do I know I've only put 70k on the odometer since I bought it.
2 tanks? You’d only have to fill it back up to full and it was sitting a little over 3/4 of a tank, so if you got a 35 gallon tank, you only have to put in almost 9 gallons to fill it up to get the correct mileage., not another whole tank. 18mpg equals 630 miles to a tank, 20 mpg equals 700 miles to a tank. Adds up over time...$$$$$
So i got a question fpr u cummins guys my brother in law has a 98 24 valve 5.9, it has 5in exguest edge tuner 6in lift nd 35 12.5 mt. He says he gets 21 is what his truck says i dont know how he drives my lmm gets 17.5 on the hwy thats at 83 mph. average is 15 to 16.5 it fully deteted nd i drive it like i stole it to. Is he really geting that every tank also mine is hand calculated his is off what the truck says?
Man rip that bottom tint off the windshield, the risk of not being able to see down and off the sides at night is plain dangerous and I'd hate to see a collision accident happen . Otherwise nice work man!

My 24v 2nd gen going 80 to 85 hwy I get 25 but once you put some mods on you should see the same
