My boilers similar to this, it scrolls from 99 to 54 e9 to e1 its the worst product I've ever owned. It works then it doesn't, it's as if when you have the heating on you can't have hot water at the same time. I think this time it's the divert valve. I would touch one of these

Yes it is you can link it out to test it but you cannot leave it linked as it is a safety device
I read somewhere worcester bosch boilers will run with no pressure and rely on the overheat stat to cut off if there is an issue with water flow.
