If you actually eat that whole portion by yourself and stay this skinny, I'm very jealous! Having said that, I made it today with cherry pie filling because that's what I had on hand... So pretty & so delicious! I took the recipe & multiplied by 1.5 to get 6 li'll glasses and ended up with 12 glasses and a medium jar! So much! My neighbours are very happy though :-) Thank you Gemma for the wonderful and EASY recipes :-)

Well my mouth is watering🤤 I don't like using food coloring too much. I know people with red food coloring allergies. I would use raspberry or strawberry juice to color and add flavour to the sprinkles cheescake.

I recommend using ginger nut biscuits for the base of the lemon one, the ginger really adds to it.

Yes, it is a regular ingredient for me, but is hardly ever necessary, just lovely :)
If you don't have vanilla extract on hand, you can use vanilla sugar/powder instead.
@Wajeha Jabeen sugar with vanilla flavour. You can buy it at supermarkets. The best one is from Dr.Oetker (if you can find it in us).
