You girls almost broke me here 😂😂😂. Hello to you all the way from South Africa. I decided 3 months ago to take back my body. So this 50 year old dude is trying to keep up with my 15 year old son. Gonna push till I get there. Thank you for this. It is clear and concise. Stay blessed🙏
Amazing! Good for you! I am 48-years old (this is Rachael) and I know how you feel. My twins are 17 and I gotta keep up too! Thanks for being with us. Keep pushin'!
I just found this channel and truly appreciate the 20 minute workouts and their efficiency. I wanted to take things to the next level so I did the first 5 exercises twice, once without weights as a warm up and then once with weights and continued on. Then I did the last 4 exercise with weights and then without for a cool down. I used 12 lbs per arm and truly got a toning workout!
Really REALLY effective thank you! After a break of about 3 years of stepping this is a perfect way to wake up those muscles and find my rhythm again. Slow enough to follow easily and the slow made the muscles work hard! Used weights. Phew!! Thank you 🙏
I have been doing y’all’s workouts for a couple months now, and Every single one I have done with dumbbells have ended with me Dripping sweat!! These workouts are amazing!!
Thank you for this workout! This was my first time working out with you and since you mentioned to comment after the video, here I go. I began my workout with two 3 pound weights (I mean, how hard can that be 😂). I ended up losing the weights about 8 minutes into the workout. By the 15 minute mark, my legs became weak but I didn't give up. As I was on the last set, my legs became numb but I managed to finish this workout and was very proud. I'm not sure I'll walk tomorrow but I'm told to worry about tomorrow, tomorrow haha! Just as a side note, I'm 54 years old and have worked out 3x per week for over 2 years now. This was a tough but great workout. I'll stick with you ladies ☺️ Thank you!
Hi! Welcome to the fam! Thanks so much for commenting -- We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the class. This one certainly wasn't easy. Needless to say, a good fitness routine is so important as we age. You are doing great!! This is Rachael responding to you... I'm 48 and I certainly understand the aches and pains, but also the importance of continuing to move our bodies! Keep up the great work. So happy to have you with us!
This was awesome 👏 loved all the moves. My legs are toast!!! I used to do high risers all the time and they really work on legs and glutes. I will incorporate in my workout. Thanks 😊
Great leg workout ladies. I’m an instructor of 30 years. After using a step to rehab a 2021 knee replacement, I returned to 2 gyms and started the only step class on the schedule. It is definitely making a comeback. They are loving it. Thanks for posting this! 😊
I did this without the weights, and it was great! Like I said yesterday, I did your newest stepper workout yesterday because I was able to find a stepper at five below. I felt soreness in muscles I’ve never felt them before, which is great! I enjoyed this one a lot. Thank you for another great workout!!!!
Wowsa! Slow, sweaty, legs on fire! Not to mention elevated heart rate. Really great workout. And thank you for the encouragement to keep holding my weights. Was just about to give up, and then I heard "but I've come this far!" Awesome.
First time I did the workout I could not use weights, I tried but it was too difficult. Today was the second time I tried this and I was able to use 5 pound dumbbells the whole time! Little progress!
