way way WAY to small for that arowana MINIMUM for that fish is 250cm x 120cm x 70cm. And even that is small

I'm using an overhead filter, top level is mechanical filtration then 2 levels drip through and 2 levels sump
Traditional sump filters are usually placed below the tank
