DJ Ratty is such an influence on me. The hip-hop style mixing, scratching and cutting back and forth constantly is what made his early sets so special. Still regularly go back to that Mythology set in 92 with MC Robbie Dee. A perfect example of how unique Ratty's style was/is. Respect.

Jay, have you mixed on the technic 1210 mk7’s mate ? Not as good as the mk2’s but they arent bad and i personally think the pitch is better than all the modern turntables.
Fuck me you was actually mixing like the master himself (Ratty) chopping from the 1s to 2s For me a DJ is an entertainer most ppl given the chance can bring a tune into another but 9 / 10 it won't b good but it's done BUT the way Ratty mixed was a serious art form chopping and scratching I love djs that scratch and play about like you were doing great to see Ratty the Don
