A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to protect my hair from pollution. (4) Using mild shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.
I was having hairfall and tried many hair oils, conditioners but this worked out so well. cocoonnioonn shampoo oil is really the best.

Amazing video sir. Really for those who are negative about finasteride you gave them the answer. Sir what if i take finasteride for 1year and give gap for 1-3months then again continue it ?
I am also interested in taking finasteride,but the problem in our country is that,none of the doctors prescribe it. Eventhough they make videos stating its efficacy on young men. Sir what is your opinion about saw palmetto? Is it the good replacement of finasteride?
Finasteride is a FDA approved medicine to treat male patter balding. Whereas, saw palmetto is a relatively newer supplement, with inadequate evidence based documents supporting its efficacy as a replacement for finasteride. But it is prescribed by doctors , all the same.
