Loved your review and we were on the same cruise. We were on this ship for a TransAtlantic, and as it got cooler, we got to sleep with the Infinite Veranda open..... it was amazing.
I guess there are different camps to people on Solstice ships vs. Edge but I'll stick with Solstice. I use the ship differently and look for more lounge areas to enjoy. This class has a lot of restaurants but one club, Martini Bar and Eden. That's about it. The Crafts Social sports bar is small. I prefer the Martini Bar on Solstice and there's no Ensemble Lounge or Sky Lounge or library or access to the front decks. I prefer the more modern nostalgic decor to trendy decor of the Solstice class as well. The theater is nice on the Edge class for sure, the buffet and some of the art. This class is almost finished, one more ship is coming out. Not sure if it'll be significantly different from Beyond/Ascent.
Wish that Celebrity and other cruise lines would offer a cruise catering to people like me: health and fitness devotees, non- drinkers, gym rats and healthy eaters. I feel out of place on most cruises due to the homogeneity of passengers; in every way, they are not relatable to me. I am done with cruising.
You may want to give Aquaclass a try on Celebrity. We just did on the Infinity and it definitely seemed geared towards health minded folks. Aquaclass has its own restaurant (Blu) that features clean eating and healthy choices for breakfast and dinner. There is also the Spa Cafe for healthy breakfast and lunch options - including smoothies. Aquaclass also has access to the Persian Garden which is all about wellness and relaxation. We had exercise mats and foam rollers in our room and the gym was very well equipped. On the daily planner there were so many exercise/fitness classes, yoga, stretching, dance classes and plenty of activities - you could start first thing in the morning and go practically all day if you wanted. There is basketball, pickleball, and a walking/running track. They even have onboard trainers and staff that can create an individualized plan for the voyage if you are so inclined. Then when it comes to ports of call you can choose activities or excursions that involve high intensity - hikes, swims, rafting, bicycles, etc. The nice thing about cruising is that there is something for everyone. On our last trip we saw many different kinds of people - relaxers, exercisers, party peeps, readers, tourists, adventurers, dancers, eaters, sun worshipers - the list goes on. We also saw many people who liked to do some of all of these things!
We are gym rats and love training on the ships and healthy eating is easily done. We have been on 4 cruises and counting. Born to cruise and forced to work.
I just got off the Beyond..did the 19oct-27oct cruise out of ft.lauderdale..my first time on a Celebrity brand..I’m hooked..
It can be addictive! LOL!
We are sailing on the Beyond Nov 15 for a 10 day Southern Caribbean cruise. Thanks for giving us a heads up on the fun places to visit on the ship!

We like features on both classes of ship - now if we could only convince Celebrity to build an updated version of the Solstice Class ships!
@DocksideTravel Please do!
Going March 2025. Did you do any spa ?
Our daughter had a pedicure but that was it for the spa on this trip! Enjoy your cruise in March!

@ Me too, but there are few to no people ever in the fitness center.
