Thanks, I didn't know those 8-way DIN connectors existed. I'm asking my supplier for them now :)

Great content!! I really enjoy your videos about KNX, it's a very powerful system and it should be spread more. It would be very interesting to see a video showing a real system, to understand how and where all the components are mounted.

Personally I rather use "phoenix PTFIX 6/6X2,5". Since they have the option to easily take out a wire. They are also din mountable and in different colours available.
But thanks for your great video! ;)

Phoenix Contact make KNX-specific terminal blocks that can be bridged.

    Nice work!
    But I have a question!
How do you connect white and yellow wires? You conected only red and black...

Thanks! In Wago connector, I terminated both the red-black and yellow-white wires, although I didn't actually need them in this installation. The reason I do that in every installation is to be prepared. For example, when I have a KNX device that requires additional auxiliary power through the yellow-white wires, I'm already set.

1:30 , if i wanted, i can connect the cables directly to the actuators, right ?

Cable cores should never ever come in contact with the 230V wires. > = 4mm clearance space. Also do not remove more sheath from the cable then needed. This would not pas an inspection.

Thank you for your comment! In Greece we buy Wago products from Dimoulas : www.dimoulas.eu/klemmes-bysmata/caps/mounting-carrier-for-6-connectors-243-series-for-din-35-rail-mounting-screw-mounting-orange/

Where can you download a map of wiring and how to wire a building with different equipment

What do you mean a map of wiring? Normally before installing the KNX devices there is a KNX study that must be followed.

KNX Wires are not to be „earthed“ at either side.
