Cycling through Tidenham Tunnel, towards Chepstow on the Wye Valley Greenway

Enjoy a tranquil ride through the Tidenham Tunnel (1,188 yards long), the second longest tunnel that you can walk or cycle through in England. Once part of the Wye Valley Railway, it is now a section of the Wye Valley Greenway, opened in April 2021.

Wow! I was aware of plans to open up this tunnel for walking and cycling. I didn't realise that this was anywhere near to opening. I'll need to check it out.
