I've been in Denver for six years working as a Mortgage LO. Knowing where to navigate next has been a struggle. Really appreciate your content! Empower is offering some really great training/licensing opportunities. I just spent three months with them, but it wasn't a good fit at this particular time. They have a very solid career path towards becoming a Retirement Consultant / Wealth Advisor. It's a GRIND, but they offer full remote and in-depth training and room for advancement.
Thank you for this Zach! My goal is just to hopefully be helpful in some way! Sounds like you’re really leaning into the financial advisor side of the business?
We are consider relocating to Colorado. My current position is fully remote but I'm consider south metro / Colorado Springs areas so if I had to do hybrid into Denver, that would be an option. However, still not sure if now is the right time to move with things in the economy being a bit shaky still.
Hi Jason! That’s a very common question in the current market, and I’m a believer that last year and this year HAVE been a good time as the market has cooled off from the insanity of 2020-2021. I totally get fears of the economy so it’s crucial to have a good strategy in place - and I’m happy to chat through any questions or concerns you have if you ever want to jump on a call!
@karinalumen9722 I don't want to commute at all. But, I could swing a 2-days per week hybrid commute to Denver if I really had to. Daily commute would be too much.
Hi Sir, this video very useful and more information,am in India now my wife got new role and her company going to proceed L1a ,her work location Denver city,if I came with her L2 dependent visa i will get job in Denver basically am Oracle/ mssql database administrator
Thank you, Jimmy Everts. I'm considering. Please, allow me; I'm looking for my daughter. Hannah, ma fille, s'il te plaît, appelle-moi pour me dire comment ça se passe pour toi. Nous n'aurons peut-être pas autant de temps que tu le penses ❤️
Thanks for watching Gordon. I have found information that shows a basic cost of living based on region, but I don’t know if it’s possible to drill it down to a neighborhood. That might be a bit too specific.
Thanks for watching my video and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Moving to Denver area soon and really appreciate your channel!
Thank you so much Weston, it’s responses like that that keep me making them!!!🙏🏼

@@destinationdenvercolorado That was my original plan, but I'm seeing it's not the right fit for me at this time so exploring other options.

Great video! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you so much for watching - I hope this helped!!
what about construction and how are the unions?
Construction has been very solid in Denver for years now. Colorado is not the strongest state for unions, but there are some exceptions to the rule.

Incomes by neighborhood?
