    Carrie! I am so glad I discovered you! Starting from the oldest and working my way through all of your videos. I just turned 56 and I’m starting to pull out of my “just trying not to die” period (Lyme + RA). So I feel like I’m starting over in a sense, but it’s my time to thrive!

    I would love it if you could do a video specifically on overcoming the victimhood mentality. After over a decade of chronic health issues, I have found myself in a pity party, poor me attitude, and I recently realized how much it’s working against me. I want to figure out how to become empowered, after feeling powerless feels like a large feet. Any insight you can give on the topic I would love. Love your channel and your wisdom! Also, any videos on how you regained yourself and your life after being sick would be a blessing to me.

      I know that feeling all too well. I will work on a video about this. Give me a little time to process it and go through my journals so that I can be authentic and most helpful. For now, I would encourage you to start listing three things you are grateful for each day. It will start to shift your mindset.
