Every pedal pawn Pedals is amazing, but we cannot ignore this man’s playing is phenomenal to say the least well Done Chris keep it up, here’s to the future of PP
I am 62 been a big fan of SRV ever since he got started, just order the Texan Twang today, it’s great to see the younger generation keeping the Texan Blues going.
the TT is simply the greatest booster i've ever played...started on ODs, but soon realised that boosters is where it's at - treble boosters in particular - the rangemaster in particular...the TT does it all
Ive loved the twang and have wanted one since i first heard of it(first pedal of pedal pawn that i saw and how i was introduced to them) but i honestly will likely get a bluesprint before i get a twang pedal due to the versatility of both sides as well as the switches inside the pedals box. Ill definitely get both, but bluesprint before the twang. First things first tho I need a cv7003 before yall run out of transistors. The next pedal I'd love to see you guys make as a company would be a replica to a clyde mccoy vox wah. Maybe ask if Philip Sayce would let yall borrow his to reverse engineer. That would be amazing!
The Texas twang is standalone. The only overdrive I’ve ever used to do exactly what you describe here. I want one. Maybe one day. I used one with a few choice amps and it blew my mind. Nice build.
Sometimes watching your show feels like you've cracked the almost impossible nut (ooh er) Not only have you actually added something worth while to the pedal market (difficult!) but you've smashed your channel and social media never missing a beat - which again is almost impossible. So you are a legend in my book - looking forward to see what you do next! Might catch you at the show in brum in a few weeks.
Thank you so much mate, really appreciate you taking the time to write that lovely message and would be amazing to catch you in a few weeks if we end up going 🚀❤️
They are great because you don’t have to waste time peeling the ginger and garlic. Peeling garlic is one of my least favourite kitchen jobs so I chose anything that gets me away from this!
you are a very sick player man....playing & tone is epic as always....i think i slightly favour the ts side of the bluesprint over the texas twang. have you ever thought about releasing a double pedal with the twang on the right & the ts on the left? could be something of infinite beauty hahaha
Lovepedal Super Six still does the job. Kingtone's Duelist is there too, but it's more versatile. These two are searing and sound great. I couldn't hear any difference when flipping between the bridge and neck though. Great playing.
The Super Six and Duelist are fantastic drives. What I find with the PP stuff, especially the Texan twang is just how well they do they “glassy top end” thing.
Hi mate, thanks a lot for the request, I actually did do that lesson video if you have time to search back through our videos (sadly, I can’t put the link here) 😊
Just haven't gotten around to using them together yet. I have been using another treble booster before the BP, just because I've been playing through a 5E3. I'll be playing with it tomorrow and also through my Deluxe Reverb. Thanks for the demo. BTW, do you have the output cranked on both pedals? Thx, Chris!!!
Recently picked up a Texan Twang off ebay - sounds good, but I found it doesn't seem to like being on my pedalboard - seems wherever in the chain i put it when I switch it on I get this screeching tone that won't stop until I turn it off...on its own it seems totally fine (and doesn't like being anywhere near my wifi router as well!!) I had this with an old Rangemaster clone years ago - the old germanium transistors seem very sensitive to RF interference...I don't know but i'm guessing the Texan Twang is also germanium based ??? Anyone any ideas how I can make this pedal work for me ?? Or do I punt it back on ebay ?

How do you like it weeks later?
What kind of tones are you able to get with it?
WOW! That is massive tone!! Your playing is awesome as well!!
Really appreciate that, thank you so so much

the formula b fuzz ranger is killer also.
Yes, very much enjoyed that jam! You’re on fire there
Love Chris’ playing - the twang sounds like a horn section in the best way possible - I love it!!!
Dude, you are an amazing player! And the pedals sound awesome!
Thanks so much 🚀❤️
Damn. You are channeling SRV from above. I need these pedals.
Thanks so much for the support 🤠❤️

Keep up the amazing work Chris, loving my collection of Fuzz, Texan & Gypsy Vibe

Thanks so much! Really appreciate that 🤠🤠❤️
Can you tell a little bit about the amp you’re using and the settings?
The amp alone sounds wicked 🤩
Killer tones!! I have both great pedals!!
Really appreciate that David, thanks so much 🚀

the by pass tone is already to die for!! ^^
Thank you! I didn’t think it was particularly good here listening back to it 😂❤️
Insane!! Love my texan twang.. but might need a bluesprint now too!
Your normal tone, without pedals sounds amazing! What pickups are in there?
Thanks very much for the continued support. These are Kingtone pickups 🔥
Bluebird J1?
Any chance you could do a lesson on some of those Albert King style bends Chris? I'm loving the half step and quarter step bends.
Hi mate, thanks a lot for the request, I actually did do that lesson video if you have time to search back through our videos (sadly, I can’t put the link here) 😊
Oh cheers Chris. 🤔 I've bloomin watched it. 🙄

Nice one Allen, happy experimenting! That’s correct, I do have the level dimed on both 🚀
Have you tried the baringer vintage tube overdrive pedal it's essentially their take on the tube screamer
I have the both on my board! 😊
That’s amazing, thanks so much for the support ❤️🤠
What a fantastic video have a wonderful day chris also i am a fan of the fender telecaster as well to be honest ❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
Thank you very much, have a great day yourself and nice one, that’s a classic 🎸🔥
That solo was hard my guy.

Glad you did this Chris! I was thinking to get the Texas twang but the blues print is soooooo good too
You are very welcome, and thank you so much for the support 🚀❤️
What is this backing track, please?
In your opinion, is this what SRV is trying to attempt when he puts a boosted tube screamer (gain on 0 ) in front of a cooked amp?
stevie used tube screamer for a clean boost for solos, but the key to all this is amp cranked ripping loud to get that kind of tone.
I prefer the tone of the blues-print
Oohh both sound good
Thanks so much 🤠❤️
@@PedalPawn hey what are your thoughts on dumble amps? I’ve always wondered
Do you have a treble bleed on your volume pot?.....do you think the Texan sounds better with or without one?
I don’t have a treble bleed installed and have never experimented with one 😊💎
@@PedalPawnthis is the sign. I think a tone test with a treble bleed equipped strat would be nice.
Ever coming out with a wah?
I love my twang, but the bluesprint sounds damn good
Thanks so much 🚀 really appreciate the continued support 🤠
I’m just here for the dude’s guitar playing, wow
B.P. is my best pedal!!!♥
Amazing ❤️🟦
I think the guy got to excited and tried to click on the wrong end 😂
Bruh the pedals are cool and all but jeez u played the hell out of that guitar man
What stratocaster is this?
The left side of the Pedal?!
bluesbreaker, not really srv style if im not wrong
❤my twang, the other is on my list 😂
That’s amazing Kevin, thanks so much for the support 😝❤️
🚀🚀
What gauge strings are you playing here my man? Thanks
