You can go in the fit but app & turn off all day sync, always connected option off, now at night time long press left side button on the watch & turn off notifications. This will improve your phone & watch's battery life as you won't be getting all the notification & during night time no notifications. Make sure in the morning you turn on the notification on your watch. And sync your watch to your phone manually once in a while during the day. Hope this helps. I'm curious. I don't know if this is normal or what, but when my versa is at 100%, as soon as I unplug it, it goes straight to 99%.
