When you watch these, you can tell why Japanese products are always quality. The pride they have in everything they do is second to none.
And next to chinese factory workers…🫣 Very Low safety, just Saw an alluminum production later this day.. NO breathing protection at those furnace👎🏻
In Japan they really Care for their workers! All Lines ❤
Production processes are old and outdated. Yet everyone complimented it. Do not understand anything!
@@michaelripley4528 not true, you're just selectively looking at things. China has huge modern and advanced factories as well.

Well… Frankly.. Videos and pictures dont Lie🤷🏼♂️ Have seen loads of Them…? Yes some companies might have higher standard? But i point out those who dont - Human lives still is at the value of a Bowl of Rice… Since the great Wall was build🤷🏼♂️ Today might be a little better… But we recieve toxic toys for children, made in China??
Here in scandinavia?? News always blast these items up pretty loud !!
Years ago they put melanine into baby milk???🫣 Just confirm the value of Human lifes???!!!! 😱= Nothing😳
I always admire the thoroughness of Japanese craftsmen's product inspection 👍🙏
The quality of Japanese products is also very good, such as household goods

Nippon's machikouba's engineering and manufacturing technology and craftsmanship is astonishingly impressive. It is one of my highest priorities to visit many remaining shops like this in my lifetime.
Always . . Always quality workmanship from japan ❤👍
great to see older people working there .nice product good on you Japan . .
They have to. I would be willing to bet they make under $100 a day. Hell, I bet its under $50usd a day
Those fishing rods are a thing of beauty! I'm glad we're friends now.
I worked at a local factory in Italy where we would coat this heavy springs. Never seen this kind of finish.
Okay, that thermos one with all the glass was fascinating.

Trusted product made in Japan. 👍👍

Japan doesn't need the world, the world needs Japan.
Production processes are old and outdated. Yet everyone complimented it. Do not understand anything!
Where do you think those raw materials Japan is using comes from kid? Energy is from Russia, steel is from Russia, Australia, rarer metals are from China and Russia.
In Japan, there has been a culture that respects people who do handicrafts brilliantly in small factories as craftsmen and bosses. They work hard so that there is no even the slightest part. Even if it becomes such a difficult task that it is not worth the price, they are proud to train.
ty 4 ur videos. japan is great
Amazing to see, I was a spring maker in the UK. More of a one off manufacturer, Skill is respected
Forty five years ago I watched as an apprentice, leaf springs being made and repaired in a little backstreet yard in London. Same processes and it was a very old place then. A lot of heavy manual skilled work here and you can see it is done absolutely correctly.
Japanese and German products = quality/ Hopefully they will never change that/
Que calidad de tecnología felicitaciones.
Is that spring job seasonal or an all year round job, very interesting video, I never knew how many processes it takes to make a spring, thank you 👍
Ah! Os atilios ! Quanta utilidade !
That fishing pole factory looks like a seriously boring place to work all day. I would go crazy! It takes a special type of person to work in such a place. I'm not that type.😁

that was awesome!
I just love and admire the japanese attention to details and the quality of their work. It's the small things like rounding the edges. Garbage from china or india just can't compare with that.
Never ever in my life have I ever questioned how rubber bands were made. Now I have my answer.
Amazing processes... Japan your reputation precedes you
It's Springy-San, The Japanese Spring.

Very nice proses make big spring
Lindas as esferas de vidro !! As miniaturas sao belíssimas.

Crazy that i Can buy 300 rubberbands for like €1.20!
Production - shipping - middlemen - transport between middlemen - Retail Price !
And so Many get their Cut???
MARVELOUS !!😮 I Will Think of this video each time i use, and reuse Them 😁❤️
The spring factory is very nicely run...nothing to bad out of place...some safety and they know what they're doing ❤❤❤
Yes i work in a Spring Factory in France and the process are similar. The difference is that for me, the entire process is automated, right down to painting and marking.
The Japanese people take a lot of pride in their work. Probably the only people left that do. I remember a time when American laborers took pride in their job, but not so much anymore. I did but was constantly laughed at and put down by fellow workers.
I buy Japan-made products anytime over anything else if available.

I wonder how much money these workers make? This is hard work.
looks like Konzentrationcamp maybe Prison?
@@sigridqwq5198
Um...what? No it doesn't. Have you seen a concentration camp, like, ever? It doesn't look like prison, either. Not any traditional prison in any country I've seen, anyway.
It looks like a bunch of regular people doing manual labor/assembly-level work.
Hard working people.@@ElysetheEevee

The production of springs is interesting. In our hot shop they would have forced us to work in helmets.

Fascinating. Very time consuming high skilled manual labor process like I observed in outdated factories in the UK half a century ago that lacked new capital equipment investments.

It seems that Japan has always had Quality control on exports unlike china , its a pity as no control has given a poor reputation .
