Don't mean to ask personal questions but could you let me know how much you weigh or weighed at the time you filmed this video ? Asking cause I was looking on the Yamaha website at a brand new 2021 of these bikes and the pics of it on the website the bike looked a little bigger than this one did but it may just be the angles of the pictures making it look different. But yeah was curious if this bike would be able to hail around a near 200 pound rider and still do those speeds of over 40 MPH or not ? I'm a 47 year old man looking for a cheap toy to ride around on my 40 acres of property but am not sure if I should get a brand new 110 or just look for a used bike that is bigger than a 110 for around the same price ? Whatta you think ?
@@JNC1973 so this bike here is 1.5” taller than stock, so if you have never sat on a new one I definitely would. They’re pretty small. I am just shy of 190 and it’s plenty fast and fun. We also have a Raptor 90. Check out some of our videos on that machine. Pretty damn good too!

I did the sxparts 128 BB kit and high lift cam on my ttr110. I’m running a mikuni 22mm carb also. Had to modify and port the intake to make it work. Only have maybe a couple hours on it and still dialing in the jetting. I have a good amount of info on the whole build if you are curious. And yes the thing straight rips if you were wondering.

My KLX 110 did 56 stock with a slight gearing change not far from stock. Don’t know why everyone says TTrs are the fastest 110s. Clean bike man!
The TTR’s are definitely fast. I am also 185 lol. That why 48 was the top end lmao
On stock gearing, the TTRs are the fastest. A TTR can be geared higher as well.

I’ve been looking into this bike and I really want it it’s cheap has electric start weighs 160 goes really fast fits me well has only shifter and is easy to mod but it’s my first time riding I’ve rode a 400 quad but couldn’t get it out of 1st I’ll ask for this for Christmas but idk if I’m gonna get it bc my dads quad broke so i don’t think he’ll let me ride by myself 😕

Nah you don’t have to at all. I’ve got a 2022 bone stock CRF110 that is fine. I just wanted to do a complete pitbike build with the TTR so that’s what we did.

I'm debating getting this or a Honda crf110. I'm 6'2 and aside from adjusting the seat, how can I get a bit more height? Never rode a dirtbike before and now is the time!
Cory Bragg honestly, if you’re 6’2”, you would be much better off on a CRF230 or TTR-230. I’m only 5’7” and am big on it. If you really are headstrong on going the pitbike route, then I would just be prepared to really dig for parts as they are getting harder and harder to find.
I got this for my 8yr old.. I’m a 46yr old female and I ride a YZ 80 I’ve had for 21yrs. I wanted to get him the yz65 but it’s to much bike for a 8yr old.

Im thinking about getting one of these as a pit bike to have fun on, but should I get this or a crf110?
I personally prefer the TTR. The way it sits and almost everything about it. I will say the CRF fuel injection is literally to die for in the pitbike world and it is much easier to get parts for the Honda’s! Sit on both of them before you make your choice, but really can’t go wrong with either. I think TTR is faster stock, but carburetors are stupid annoying to me lol!

Really just depends what you want to do with it! If you plan to race or trail ride I would recommend something vastly differt
So if it had 18 or 19in moped or motorcycle wheels to chage ratio & street tires for less rolling resistance. It could probably hit 55mph.

I wasn’t even aware they made a CRF110 with a manual clutch from the factory. That’s interesting! Anytime is a good time to start riding though!
I do know these bikes are super nice, they are a bit bigger. I know that you do not want to start on the crf125😂 those are huge. But have fun!

that motor cost more than the bike probably, it’s 1,500 for the motor on tbolt but i’ve seen them on other sites going for 2000+

Absolutely! Any 110cc bike is great for begginers!
How does the auto clutch work on there
Auto clutch is preferred for the simple fact that i can still put around the house with just my throttle hand if needed. The only thing lacking is if you plan on racing just prepare to get good at starting with one foot on the shifter peg!

Yeah no doubt. All things considered, and with taller suspension, this bike may as well be stock. Exhausts on these bikes don't really make a lot of difference on the top end, maybe a little more bottom grunt, but thats about it. Next thing coming on this bike will be the 128cc kit sx parts has, so be sure to keep a look out for the video!
