insane synergy with qls mub1 even on a basic cable, at high gain the planar mids begin to breathe deeply and the subbass begins to rumble like dry thunder and vibrate as if there was a bone driver, if you connect some good silver wire, the space increases and the bass becomes even greater leaner and more technical, I highly recommend trying these combinations💥🤘😎
There aren't that many IEMs out there that are truly hard to drive. Those are listed at Sensitivity 110dB/mW which is pretty much easy to drive. Really a special set though and the people who bought it seem to appreciate it.
Great review. That FR graph is so weird lol. Surprisingly chonky build considering the new meta with DD's seems to be stacking them, and adding a BA driver doesn't add that much volume. I'm curious what Timmy thinks of these since he puts a strong emphasis on vocals.
I think Timmy might complain on the 1BA, but yeah, I'd like to hear his take on them. The graph is weird since there is a planar stuck in the middle and not sure they had much flexibility on tuning it. That is what the graph looks like, but I don't know.

That set is special, probably synergy with anything with decent power. Those guys can tune.

The early gain is iffy. Sometimes its not noticeable and sometimes it hits hard and time to hit next track.

How is it vs. Juzear Clear?
Clear is a wicked V shaped set, big bass and big treble. Sza is closer to basshead, not as much bass, kept the mids right, and not bright treble.
