As someone who used to run Cross Country, forcing someone who's out of shape to run a marathon after depriving them of sleep for 2 weeks is one of the most sadistic things you can do to a person. Even when I was in shape I would've struggled, to someone who hasn't trained for it must have been hell.

Honestly, it's not that big of deal. I've done 30 days in solitary in a max prison. Lights are on from 3am to 11pm, lol. 1 shower a week. 15 minutes a week you get to walk in a small room that has a barred ceiling that lets you see the sky.
