My mother is a beautiful black lady from Africa ( Cape Verde )
She was so poor she didn’t have shoes
My dad is a white Italian man coming from a humble Christian family
I’m talking to my kids about where they are coming from
Kids in England ( where we live ) are very spoiled
I work hard to keep them grounded and I am very vocal about the things that matters in life and even if they are more privileged I make them think and reflect about the important things in life.
The time I am with them I literally nourish them with good stuff
I’m seeing the results already Alhamdullilah!!!!!!

For me, I enjoy my 3kids stories jokes but to a limit, hence why I take breaks (if I can)when it starts to turn from fun and engaging to overstimulating and annoying.

Horseriding is great! You should let her give it a try. In Holland here you don’t have to be very rich to ride a horse and i think it’s wonderful…it’s elegant and contact with a horse really is theraputic

As much as I understand that you can’t relate to your kid because of you different upbringing. My parents were refugees aswell. But somehow talking about your daughter that way is kind of off. Like she telling you everything is really a good thing. And you shouldn’t judge her that hard just because she isn’t in the same situation as you. If you didn’t had that childhood the way you had, you aswell would have been different.
