And also if it had been for instance my daughter and my servant both found dead and if I knew that the servant was not guilty I would fight for both to get justice.... But in a case like this where the parents are unsure whether the servant was fully guilty or not.....i too will have to think very much before giving my support to someone just because they were also found dead.... Waited an hour to hear the "grieving parents," ask the Law to catch and punish, the killers of their daughter. Not one word for closure. Both focussed on their support systems, their survival, their Heroism😂. No urgency, no basic interest even, in how Arushi got that blunt injury on her head, who slit her throat, who arranged her bed without a wrinkle, no blood spatter on the toys or bags behind her head..... Unnatural, abnormal. There were 4 people inside a flat, locked from within and 2 of them, got killed. Arushi's room was separated from theirs, by a thin partition and somebody entered to switch the router on/ off. These two are just diverting to Spirituality,Yoga, Auto-writing, Sadhna... To cover themselves in a halo of divine light. This case remains unsolved, in this effort to normalize and downplay, 2 brutal murxers.

After murdering 2 , why would OUTSIDER Murderer sit down and drink ? Any sane person would make a hasty retreat...... 3. There was No Forced Entry into the house 4. The Security watchmen outside Jalvayu vihar saw No one either come or leave. 5 WHY WERE ARUSHIS ASHES IMMERSED ON DAY 2 ITSELF. 6. Why was it that the killer did not want Hemants body to be found out. Not only was Terrace locked , BUT HEMANTS BODY WAS COVERED WITH COOLER PANELS AND BLANKET 7. How Could Rajesh not identify Hemants body ? He was identified by his friend 8. WHO COULD SLIT THE THROATS OF BOTH IN A SURGICAL PRECISION 9. Obviously whoever drank the liquor drank after the murder since blood marks were found on the bottle. How would an Outsider know where the liquor was ( It was inside a wooden cabinet) 10 After finding about the murder Talwars let inside the Whole Colony but conveniently forget to call the police , conteminating the whole crime scene ( THE POLICE WERE EQUALLY INEPT) - The police was called by security at the instance of a nieghbor BTW 11. Arunkumar of CBI team 1 was CONTROVERSIAL and tried to implicate and frame 3 servants EVEN WHEN THEY HAD PERFECT ALIBIS. The Narco Test was controversial if you watch it the lady is asking Leading questions to the three servants.... Even otherwise the Narco Test failed. 12 Why was Rajesh in a Tearing hurry to cremate Arushi. She was cremated in the evening and by morning her remains were being immersed ?????? 13. If Hemraj was partying with his friends why was no food found in his alimentary canal in postmortem??? 14 Why was the crime scene so dressed up 15 Why was Rajesh in a hurry to clean up the entire house ENTIRELY after Arushis cremation??? 16. Arushi was cremated late in the evening and by next day morning her remains were being immersed ????? 17 The router was active until 3.30 am 18. TWO VIOLENT MURDERS HAPPEN OUTSIDE ONES ROOM AND ONE DOESNT EVEN BECOME AWARE OF IT. FIND IT STRANGE. IN THE MIDDLE OF NIGHT EVEN A SLIGHT NOISE IS OBVIOUS. There are MANNNNYYY Other loopholes
1. Hemraj used to handle the keys to the terrace. 2. If you think they really did this, why would they leave a strong peace of evidence in open? as they had a lot of time to clear off the evidences, i think its all crap.
Hemraj was not getting paid. He had been fired. He was asked to leave. He didn't leave. After Aarushi 's body was discovered. The mother spread the rumour that Hemraj had committed the murder only for Hemraj body to be discovered the next day.

As a mother my kids are my life and the reason for living this life, and something happening to them would be like dying myself, I think there are different kind of people in this world, who live their lives for themselves and have the wish to live their lives even after their child is no more and in this case murdered so brutally. How they are so matter of fact and calm and smiling is something beyond me 😢😢 Arushi murder case has impacted me so much over the years despite being a total stranger, I just can't judge others over their take on it.
Complete lack of emotions/grief/ bereavement, now and at the start. But look at Father's reaction to the small blade gash, from a lawyer at the Courts. He was crying like a baby😂😂 Why would culprits (if random) bother to lock the terrace door and place a cooler panel over Hemraj's body? Why would anybody dress up Arushi's room and bed ? That entire drama routine with morning maid, was suspicious.Can servants have the clout, to interfere with Post-mortem reports and vaginal swabs? Most important: Why have we never heard Talwars demanding Justice for their only child, brutally slain? They should be vociferous and protest against authorities.
So immature of u to say that I mean do u expect her to cry and howl like crazy for you to believe she is genuinely impacted by this incident.... Like how can u expect everybody to react according to the generalised idea....

Mind boggling! Why would the parents kill their own child? Did the Investigation team just pin the murders on the parents based on conjecture as they had no conclusive evidence, lacking the expertise, botching up in the most basic processes of an investigation.

I was shocked when saw this news on TV, since then i knew the parents can never do this, they both are very sober, calm. Accepted this big tragedy, living with no joy. God give them strength, It's very tragic😢god bless them to live this painful life. They can never forget how they lost their lovely daughter 😢my heart goes out to the family. Maybe, he never went home... -Umesh Sharma put the golf sticks in Hemraj's room during the car service. -Umesh Sharma would've known where the Ballantines bottle was kept. -Umesh Sharma's run in with ACP Kaul (?) and being declared a hostile witness, pertaining to the #4 and #5 golf clubs. -Umesh Sharma and the run in with Puneet Tandon re the missing balcony key. A very important guy that, Umesh Sharma. Driver.
Most likely someone from the home help’s village came and murdered and since the girl was witness she also was killed. He may have spent some time with the home help and gotten access to keys and such, even stayed with the home help for some time as well.
