the funny thing is, the fusion monster CAN be revived back from the graveyard if it dies unlike its 3 materials....which means the new continuous spell can actually revive it back every turn
@@AxisChurchDevotee That's only for the initial fusion summon you do but dimension fusion ignores that and treats it as a proper fusion summon so you can revive it with seven spirits or any other card like monster reborn.

But to give you an idea of how poorly designed they were they had the effect 'unnaffected by cards that would make it leave the field and cannot be destroyed by battle'. And they all had a "divinity rating" or something. I'm pretty sure ra has almost as much text as master endymion.
This cards works well too with yubel. The continuos spell can revive her every turn and she can activate the serching effect everytime. A deck with new neos wiseman supports and sacred best will be amazing.
Honestly tempted. I enjoyed the Sacred Beasts in GX growing up but their summoning conditions at the time were a little intimidating so I never had the pleasure of playing a SB deck
I built my deck on YGO pro around Hamon and Raviel and can get both on board with the trap set about 80% of the time. All you really need to make the combo work is 2 of any of the cards discussed in this video or 1 of them and 1 sacred beast
Apparently there is this Duelist of Gloom pack that is coming out with Marik on the cover. It suppose to have Egyptian God, Jinzo and Meklord support. So far they only added God Slime from the anime. A fusion monster that can be treated as 3 tributes for a tribute summon and can be summed by tributing 1 level 10 aqua monster
Normal Beckoning Beast, search > activate Spirit Gates, search Dark Summoner, sac Beckoner for Dark Summoner, sac that for Sacred Beast #1. Discard Chaos Summoner for Spirit Gates and rez it, banish Dark Summoner from Grave to search Sacred Beast #2, then sac Chaos Summoner to Special it. Banish Chaos Summoner from Grave to search > activate Fallen Paradise and draw 2. Now you have two Sacred Beasts out, they're protected by Fallen Paradise, and in total you've gone +4. All you need to open is any two of Beckoner, the Summoners (except opening specifically both Summoners), and Spirit Gates. Me likey.
Oh hey. The Almiraj play was something I thought up. Nice to see people spreading it. It's not a super competitive combo as any card that can activate in response to Almiraj will chain block you and miss the chance of Chaos Core's effect to trigger. Btw the rest of the combo is that you revive your Beckoning Beast with Seven Spirit Gates and use it and Chaos Core to then go into Predaplant Verte Anaconda afterwards. I think you know where it goes from there. Of course if you have the Fusion card, go into other things.
These should've been released when the sacred beasts first came out instead now but back then Konami didn't know how to give proper support to anime archetypes and cards
@@superhydra8873 So the meta at the time from what I can remember is either Perfect Circle Monarchs or DAD whatever. Judging on that, not only would the Big Bois beat over them easily, but the cont. trap would negate the on-summon effect of the Monarchs, and it negates DAD's effect. They would most definitely be meta if all this was released when the big bois were released, they might have even been tier 0.
Sacred beast got many support, make them far easier to summon, even summoning 3 of them is quite possible.. If god card get support there will be a consistent holactie deck which i assume something that konami want to avoid
I can see them randomly adding Yubel into the structure deck... There is already a freaking Rainbow Dark Dragon for no particular reason besides Yubel using it...
i mean "loves using continous spells" is kinda overstating it they use 2.. MAYBE 3, (contract with gate and swamp king) and they rarely stick around for more then a turn
Another thing I was interested in was it was saying a special pack was coming with it? Like you can get ultra and secret rare variants for key cards from the deck in it? And tokens? Have we ever gotten that or is it Ocg only? Because I've never seen q deck really do that before.
While the support is amazing, and really helps Sacred Beasts, running a pure Sacred Beast Deck is still a little inconsistent compared to other legacy decks. I've tested it against Hero decks and Cyber Dragon decks. While it wins about 50% against a slightly nerfed Cyber Dragon Deck, most hero decks blow it out of the water. The Sacred Beasts still could use one more monster with some form of search power or capability of getting the Sacred Beasts onto the field. Over all I think Dzeeff's comment earlier about decks focusing on a single Sacred Beast being stronger than decks than decks trying to run all of them is still true. Also, Sacred Beast Awakening isn't quiet the same as Skill Drain. Sacred Beast It only neglects effects that have to be activated. If it isn't a monster effect that isn't activated, the monster still has the effect. It one of the less impressive support cards out there. What they should have done is created cards similar to the anime that allow you to place three continuous spell or trap cards from your deck to the field.
Or make Triangle Force and Delta Barrier work so that they search their corresponding Sacred Beast and summon them properly by using that one card for the whole summoning cost.
Hamons defence effect is actually pretty lit ya know. I think you are underestimating ham and sky fire. Ravial and hamon with the trap and speed plus fieldspell is the best t1 board the deck has
Cerulean Sky Fire can tech with Spell Searching Archetypes like Vylons (they haven't had support since Disigma in ZeXaL), allowing them to speed up a good bit with this card in mind. Hyper Blaze can Tech into Trap Monsters and work even with the Non-Continuous Trap Monsters as well, allowing for a more Trap focused Build. Thoughts??
Honestly the Egyptian God Cards need an errata right now. All of them needs to have before their individual effects; "Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Cannot be targeted or be Destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned; Send it to the Graveyard." The God Cards should be just that, *GOD CARDS* and for that reason, in order to be playable, and considering the current meta of Duel Monsters, their effects need to be changed to have natural protection.
I'm thinking of a control strategy with a lot of plus from the chaos summoning beast/fallen paradise and negates from the hamon contineous spell :) awesome support
I'd probably hazard a guess that the best variant of the Sacred Beast is going to simply be Uria/Raviel Aggro Control, cause it's the most consistent and require the least amount of setup. With the Armytile version, you need the Fusion Spell/Chaos Core and 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning Beast to use the combo (since you need to get 2 monsters on the field, which forces you to get to Dark Beckoning Beast first, which leads to higher bricking), and at the same time, choose between losing advantage faster or brick more often (do you play multiple copies of the Sacred Beast to mill from deck? Or do you only play 1 each to sacrifice mid-game recovery and possible advantage loss by drawing 1 of them?). In addition, Chaos Core is only useful when you're trying to go for the Fusion Summon, making it a Garnet when you don't have 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning unlike the other 2 Beasts. The Sacred Beast Trap card is something i'd consider a noob trap tbh. Getting even 2 Sacred Beasts onto the field in the same turn is already kinda hard and situational, and you can forget about the 3rd effect, i'd rather just play staples like Solemns/Lost Wind or floodgates like There can be only One rather than rely on such a situational card. Had the effect counted monsters that listed Sacred Beasts, it would have been a lot better. To get 2 Sacred Beasts onto the Field, you'd need to draw 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning and Awakening/Dark Summoning. This is the only possible 2 card combo that can lead to you gaining the 2nd effect. Still, i guess playing Awakening as a 1 of in case you can search it wouldn't hurt. Meanwhile, the mono-Sacred Beast focused variant seems to be the most reliable and consistent. There are many more hands where you can make a play. Any Sacred Beast + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a combo. Same for Chaos Summoning + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning. Same for Chaos Summoning + Any Sacred Beast. Hell, even Fallen Paradise + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a combo. Or Dark Summoning + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning. One for One + Any Sacred Beast makes the combo. Foolish Burial + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a path. On top of that, since search effect is Graveyard activated, you can pitch it for Twin Twister/Knightmare Phoenix/Cerberus and still get the search. This variant is simply so much more consistent compared to the other variants (Armytile based or Awakening centric), not to mention more resilient and advantageous (due to higher Fallen Paradise access -> More cards), which lead me to believe that this would be the primary playstyle forward for the Sacred Beast. One extra advantage you can get is that this variant doesn't leave you struggling against anti-Extra Deck Strategies (Nekroz/Shaddoll/Artifact Scythe), and doesn't lose to a single MST/Twin Twister either.
raviel was one of my first favorite cards. so im super glad its getting some support, and i might try to recreate my old fiend deck, with the new and updated cards
1+1=2 I can't wait for a control sacred beast deck to pop up that uses the insane amount of card advantage some of these cards provide to its advantage.
I hope neospacians get this kinda treatment one day. We never did get all the different Nex forms or their fusions with Neos. Plus, those cards have very little synergy and there isn't that much support that plays off of the fact that they're contact fusions, unlike Gladiator Beasts who can trade out at the end of any given turn, fusions included
Check the galaxy deck, the deck it’s pretty consist , and can make a lot of Rank 8 to negate the opponent’s cards, like number 38 and 90, and can make number 90 before the 5 summon
I have the deck in real life, I played 2 ycs and almost topped with master rule 4, I really think that the deck can do something in the new format, it’s like ddd but easier to make the negations, and will be way better in the mr5 with new support cards like afterglow that allows you to otk your opponent with number 62 in the 2 turn
Photon Galaxy is a very amazing deck. Unfortunately, Photon Orbital is very expensive and hard to get, but the deck can manage very well with the actual support it has. Also, Tachyon Transmigration is incredible.
I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t make a card with this kind of effect, make a spell version of dark summoning beast so you can properly special summon them from hand so you can special summon them back from the graveyard with Uria Trap Dark Summoning Chant Continuous Spell To Special Summon “Raviel, Lord or Phantasms” using its own procedure, you can Tribute 1 Fiend monster to you control instead of 3. To Special Summon “Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder” using its own Procedure, you can send 1 face-down Spell you control to the GY, instead of 3 face-up Continuous Spells. To Special Summon “Uria, Lord of Searing Flames” using its own procedure, you can send 1 face-down Trap you control to the GY instead of 3 face-up Traps. If this face-up card you control leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 DARK Fiend monster with 0 ATK and 0 DEF from your hand, Deck, or GY. You can only use this effect of “Dark Summoning Chant” once per turn.
I'd like the god cards to get some good support, or alternate versions of them that have their broken anime effects, even if it would just get them on the ban list, or in their case, some kind of SUPER BANNED list. Actually, having deliberately super boss cards like that to be printed for non tournament reasons would be sweet. I'd like the anime gods to be in the yugioh video games, not the nerfed god monsters, and the wicked god cards non nerfed, as well as any other anime effect card, like anime card of sanctitiy. yeah yeah, they'd be banned immediately, but including them in the video games would be great for people like me who just want to play with strong broken cards.
I've thought about similar ideas for OP cards; using the "cannot be used in a duel" clause on a series of direct-translation cards and print them as pack filler in super.
Chaos Summoning Beast also lets you get Fallen Paradise up before you play DFD at Spell Speed 4 to give Armityle absolute immunity to everything. Chaos Summoning Beast is absolutely a 3-of in every Sacred Beast strategy.
Right now I'm thinking the best version will be a deck that can set up awakening for 2 reliably going first and can mill the 3 into the otk going second. This way it has a plan going first but otherwise it can either play handtraps or simply play going second cards. But now, going first, it gets wrecked by any backrow removal, and going second it needs 2-3 card vulnerable comboes to go through to be able to win. Then when you realize the deck cant really grind, it doesnt have the power to win outright nor does it have the compact-ability to play allot of generic power cards.
I built a casual deck using all the Sacred Beasts… It’s busted. It can easily bring off two of the Sacred Beasts, though it takes a little longer to get the third one. And the deck urges you to summon them through their own conditions (with Sky Fire and Hype Blaze of course) because if you do, Hype Blaze acts as a once per turn Monster Reborn, and if you combo that with Awaken, it’s incredibly difficult to get rid of them because if any of them leave the field, Hyper Blaze just brings them back. Also, you forgot to mention that Spirit Gates can revive Yubel.

I think you were miss reading the spell, plus becking. Since it list all their names then go or. It can add either 1 or 3 cards. Since the adding the 3 is like ojama magic.
Currently for me its pretty consistent for me to finish my opening turn with Paradise, Raviel, Hamon, Awaking, and Skyfire. You lose to kaiju and nibiru. Skyfire protects vs twister and super poly and Awaking's 2 effect will ensure you win the game.
@@___i3ambi126 if you draw called to their 1 hand trap ok I guess. No matter what version of the deck you are playing any hand trap will stop your turn. Strictly a casual deck.
My question is this: since Sacred Beast Awakening isn’t a once per turn, as far as the secondary effect(s) go, could you play two or three of it, and then activate each effect three times? Edit: just the first effect is in question
Oh I’m definitely picking up 3 copies but I’ll only run Raviel !! Lol to me he’s the easiest to summon and he’s dark so that’s a thing. And I think it works well with lair of darkness . The problem is the field spells conflict .
Well the only sacred beast that needed to be summoned easier (yes they all needed to in a point) was raviel and the chaos summoning beast is the out to the hardest of the 3 to summon in my opinion I used to play uria ninjas and cheesed him out over casual but was fun and hamon crystal beasts /hamon or uria true draco
I agree this is perfect legacy support. No need to keep making the game mechanics more complicated just help the past loved decks catch up. Good job Konami!
Ah shit i already have the 3 sacred beasts 3 times along with all their cards (had a Sacred Beast deck for a long time)...I don't wanna throw at buying this deck 3 times...Guess ill just order it all from card market separately, sigh.
I am a casual player and i would like to know, is it useful to buy more than 1 of these structure deck to have more... well... sacred beast fusion card and armityle to complete the deck. I'm not the type to buy card online so i wonder if it's a good choice to take 2 or 3 structure to complete the deck with more fallen paradise and other cards already in the deck. Also the win condition of this deck is basicly summon armityle with protection to OTK the opponent in battle or is it more a gimmick that we rarely see ? Because the problem with Armityle if i understand the card is it has 0 Atk point during opponent turn and also 0 protections. Also, pretty cool videos i found your channel something like a week ago and it's pretty cool. Keep up the good work
Cerculean Skyfire negates the effect on resolution, while Super Poly cannot have its *activation* responded to. Due to this, you can negate a fusion spell under Magical Meltdown as the negation is at resolution and not activation.
Duelist of Gloom may have you covered. It suppose to have support for Egyptian Gods, Jinzo and Meklords. So far they showed for each of them 1 new support. IMO, they are bad.

The deck now has a LV 1,2,3 and 5, so hopefully they get a level 4 support card in a future set.
You can then link off the core and almiraj for Verde anaconda, send the fusion, and summon armityle. So it's a 1 card 10k beater

i mean "loves using continous spells" is kinda overstating it they use 2.. MAYBE 3, (contract with gate and swamp king) and they rarely stick around for more then a turn

Another thing I was interested in was it was saying a special pack was coming with it? Like you can get ultra and secret rare variants for key cards from the deck in it? And tokens? Have we ever gotten that or is it Ocg only? Because I've never seen q deck really do that before.

While the support is amazing, and really helps Sacred Beasts, running a pure Sacred Beast Deck is still a little inconsistent compared to other legacy decks. I've tested it against Hero decks and Cyber Dragon decks. While it wins about 50% against a slightly nerfed Cyber Dragon Deck, most hero decks blow it out of the water. The Sacred Beasts still could use one more monster with some form of search power or capability of getting the Sacred Beasts onto the field. Over all I think Dzeeff's comment earlier about decks focusing on a single Sacred Beast being stronger than decks than decks trying to run all of them is still true.
Also, Sacred Beast Awakening isn't quiet the same as Skill Drain. Sacred Beast It only neglects effects that have to be activated. If it isn't a monster effect that isn't activated, the monster still has the effect. It one of the less impressive support cards out there.
What they should have done is created cards similar to the anime that allow you to place three continuous spell or trap cards from your deck to the field.
Or make Triangle Force and Delta Barrier work so that they search their corresponding Sacred Beast and summon them properly by using that one card for the whole summoning cost.

Hamons defence effect is actually pretty lit ya know. I think you are underestimating ham and sky fire. Ravial and hamon with the trap and speed plus fieldspell is the best t1 board the deck has
Wish the god cards would get this kind of love.
Cerulean Sky Fire can tech with Spell Searching Archetypes like Vylons (they haven't had support since Disigma in ZeXaL), allowing them to speed up a good bit with this card in mind.
Hyper Blaze can Tech into Trap Monsters and work even with the Non-Continuous Trap Monsters as well, allowing for a more Trap focused Build.

Honestly the Egyptian God Cards need an errata right now. All of them needs to have before their individual effects;
"Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Cannot be targeted or be Destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned; Send it to the Graveyard."
The God Cards should be just that, *GOD CARDS* and for that reason, in order to be playable, and considering the current meta of Duel Monsters, their effects need to be changed to have natural protection.
I'm thinking of a control strategy with a lot of plus from the chaos summoning beast/fallen paradise and negates from the hamon contineous spell :) awesome support
I'd probably hazard a guess that the best variant of the Sacred Beast is going to simply be Uria/Raviel Aggro Control, cause it's the most consistent and require the least amount of setup.
With the Armytile version, you need the Fusion Spell/Chaos Core and 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning Beast to use the combo (since you need to get 2 monsters on the field, which forces you to get to Dark Beckoning Beast first, which leads to higher bricking), and at the same time, choose between losing advantage faster or brick more often (do you play multiple copies of the Sacred Beast to mill from deck? Or do you only play 1 each to sacrifice mid-game recovery and possible advantage loss by drawing 1 of them?). In addition, Chaos Core is only useful when you're trying to go for the Fusion Summon, making it a Garnet when you don't have 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning unlike the other 2 Beasts.
The Sacred Beast Trap card is something i'd consider a noob trap tbh. Getting even 2 Sacred Beasts onto the field in the same turn is already kinda hard and situational, and you can forget about the 3rd effect, i'd rather just play staples like Solemns/Lost Wind or floodgates like There can be only One rather than rely on such a situational card. Had the effect counted monsters that listed Sacred Beasts, it would have been a lot better. To get 2 Sacred Beasts onto the Field, you'd need to draw 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning and Awakening/Dark Summoning. This is the only possible 2 card combo that can lead to you gaining the 2nd effect. Still, i guess playing Awakening as a 1 of in case you can search it wouldn't hurt.
Meanwhile, the mono-Sacred Beast focused variant seems to be the most reliable and consistent. There are many more hands where you can make a play. Any Sacred Beast + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a combo. Same for Chaos Summoning + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning. Same for Chaos Summoning + Any Sacred Beast. Hell, even Fallen Paradise + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a combo. Or Dark Summoning + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning. One for One + Any Sacred Beast makes the combo. Foolish Burial + 7 Pillars/Dark Beckoning is a path. On top of that, since search effect is Graveyard activated, you can pitch it for Twin Twister/Knightmare Phoenix/Cerberus and still get the search. This variant is simply so much more consistent compared to the other variants (Armytile based or Awakening centric), not to mention more resilient and advantageous (due to higher Fallen Paradise access -> More cards), which lead me to believe that this would be the primary playstyle forward for the Sacred Beast. One extra advantage you can get is that this variant doesn't leave you struggling against anti-Extra Deck Strategies (Nekroz/Shaddoll/Artifact Scythe), and doesn't lose to a single MST/Twin Twister either.
Already preordered 4 of these! Cannot wait to play it, I am only just getting back into yugioh and am stoked to see older card support like this!

I hope neospacians get this kinda treatment one day. We never did get all the different Nex forms or their fusions with Neos. Plus, those cards have very little synergy and there isn't that much support that plays off of the fact that they're contact fusions, unlike Gladiator Beasts who can trade out at the end of any given turn, fusions included
Just tested this support out, not only can you have around 5 Sacred Beasts on the field, you can also have Armityle out as well.
Check the galaxy deck, the deck it’s pretty consist , and can make a lot of Rank 8 to negate the opponent’s cards, like number 38 and 90, and can make number 90 before the 5 summon
I have the deck in real life, I played 2 ycs and almost topped with master rule 4, I really think that the deck can do something in the new format, it’s like ddd but easier to make the negations, and will be way better in the mr5 with new support cards like afterglow that allows you to otk your opponent with number 62 in the 2 turn
Photon Galaxy is a very amazing deck. Unfortunately, Photon Orbital is very expensive and hard to get, but the deck can manage very well with the actual support it has. Also, Tachyon Transmigration is incredible.

I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t make a card with this kind of effect, make a spell version of dark summoning beast so you can properly special summon them from hand so you can special summon them back from the graveyard with Uria Trap

These are the kinds of effects those cards should have had.
I'd like the god cards to get some good support, or alternate versions of them that have their broken anime effects, even if it would just get them on the ban list, or in their case, some kind of SUPER BANNED list.
Actually, having deliberately super boss cards like that to be printed for non tournament reasons would be sweet. I'd like the anime gods to be in the yugioh video games, not the nerfed god monsters, and the wicked god cards non nerfed, as well as any other anime effect card, like anime card of sanctitiy.
yeah yeah, they'd be banned immediately, but including them in the video games would be great for people like me who just want to play with strong broken cards.
I've thought about similar ideas for OP cards; using the "cannot be used in a duel" clause on a series of direct-translation cards and print them as pack filler in super.
Chaos Summoning Beast also lets you get Fallen Paradise up before you play DFD at Spell Speed 4 to give Armityle absolute immunity to everything.
Chaos Summoning Beast is absolutely a 3-of in every Sacred Beast strategy.
I’m definitely making a sacred beast deck with all three beasts
Right now I'm thinking the best version will be a deck that can set up awakening for 2 reliably going first and can mill the 3 into the otk going second. This way it has a plan going first but otherwise it can either play handtraps or simply play going second cards.
But now, going first, it gets wrecked by any backrow removal, and going second it needs 2-3 card vulnerable comboes to go through to be able to win. Then when you realize the deck cant really grind, it doesnt have the power to win outright nor does it have the compact-ability to play allot of generic power cards.

It’s busted.
It can easily bring off two of the Sacred Beasts, though it takes a little longer to get the third one. And the deck urges you to summon them through their own conditions (with Sky Fire and Hype Blaze of course) because if you do, Hype Blaze acts as a once per turn Monster Reborn, and if you combo that with Awaken, it’s incredibly difficult to get rid of them because if any of them leave the field, Hyper Blaze just brings them back.
Also, you forgot to mention that Spirit Gates can revive Yubel.
Alex Mercer Sure but remember it’s really casual. It’s susceptible to hand traps and can deck out fairly easily. But if you want it you can have it.

I think you were miss reading the spell, plus becking. Since it list all their names then go or. It can add either 1 or 3 cards. Since the adding the 3 is like ojama magic.
Currently for me its pretty consistent for me to finish my opening turn with Paradise, Raviel, Hamon, Awaking, and Skyfire. You lose to kaiju and nibiru. Skyfire protects vs twister and super poly and Awaking's 2 effect will ensure you win the game.
How well can you play through ash, d.d. crow, and droll?
@@___i3ambi126 if you draw called to their 1 hand trap ok I guess. No matter what version of the deck you are playing any hand trap will stop your turn. Strictly a casual deck.

My question is this: since Sacred Beast Awakening isn’t a once per turn, as far as the secondary effect(s) go, could you play two or three of it, and then activate each effect three times? Edit: just the first effect is in question
If you control 2 Awakening or 2 Gates you can add 2 Spells or 2 Traps for free.
Oh I’m definitely picking up 3 copies but I’ll only run Raviel !! Lol to me he’s the easiest to summon and he’s dark so that’s a thing. And I think it works well with lair of darkness . The problem is the field spells conflict .

I am a casual player and i would like to know, is it useful to buy more than 1 of these structure deck to have more... well... sacred beast fusion card and armityle to complete the deck. I'm not the type to buy card online so i wonder if it's a good choice to take 2 or 3 structure to complete the deck with more fallen paradise and other cards already in the deck.
Also the win condition of this deck is basicly summon armityle with protection to OTK the opponent in battle or is it more a gimmick that we rarely see ? Because the problem with Armityle if i understand the card is it has 0 Atk point during opponent turn and also 0 protections.

You could also OTK your opponent using armatyle. All you need is Armityle, a card that'll give Armityle to your opponent and Number C103: Ragnafinity

There’s a ruling that lets Cerulean negate Super Poly. How? I don’t know.
Cerculean Skyfire negates the effect on resolution, while Super Poly cannot have its *activation* responded to.
Due to this, you can negate a fusion spell under Magical Meltdown as the negation is at resolution and not activation.

Duelist of Gloom may have you covered. It suppose to have support for Egyptian Gods, Jinzo and Meklords. So far they showed for each of them 1 new support. IMO, they are bad.
