We use socks with tennis balls in martial arts, when people are learning nunchucks, and the staff. I have been using socks with tennis balls in it for losing my arms up before I play tennis because I don’t want to pull muscles. This is an excellent video and I will practice this coach. Thank you
In a golf swing, maintaining a consistent grip tension seems to be agreed by most pro players. Sometimes loose or tight is a subjective feeling but never heard of loose then tight… or tighten then loosen…
