- Breadfruit is a tropical fruit that’s tastes like bread, hence its name. It’s absolutely delicious! Roasting Breadfruit is only one way of preparing. It’s traditional done outdoors over charcoal or wooden fire but this simple way over the stove top is amazing!
Ingredients
1 large fit/full breadfruit (not the young ones)
About 35 of cooking time.

You can even roast it in the oven. And you can put the breadfruit in saltwater before frying. Awesome job as always. My favorite type of breadfruit.

I don’t think it could be roasted on a flat surface electric stove, but it could be wrap in foil paper and bake in the oven 👍🏾
