Go for the full airplane look and put some underneath the door windows
Probably would put some rubber type cover on the parts that the window sets next to or may come in contact with

I like the wing and the idea of having the rivets raw with the wing painted. For lifts for the wing, maybe brackets attached to the hinges that push straight up on the bottom of the wing. They'd need to pivot at both ends though. Basically like tiny tie rods. Also, I think a couple of fins towards the center will stiffen up that middle section alot.
Satin black will make it look gangster creativity is key people will hate it and people will love it and want one made
Wing looks good. Paint it before riveting. It’ll add a little pop to it but give it a nice clean finish.

I think if you put a rod or bracket from the wing that attaches to the hinge of the window that should solve your issue. Looks better than I thought it would great job bro.

If it was my drag truck I'd not section it, but sacrifice functionality of rear window/hatch.

Reducing drag is part of making a drag car faster. The flat ass of an SUV is a huge part of its drag coefficient. It all adds up in the end.

I wouldn’t attach it to the glass at all. I think when you go to open it it’s going to have two different pivot points and it’s not going to allow it to open. Also at higher speeds down pressure on the wing might be enough to break the glass. Turned out pretty cool so far. Wish I had advice on other mounting options

Use a rod that swivels with wing and window. Make your bracket where the strut mounts to window,the rod can be made adjustable like a rearend lower control arm on a 4-link. Are you picking up what I’m sweeping?lol,😂😂😂
