I did this trail around 2002, think back on it every once in awhile because it seemed so remote out there. going up thru the thick forest, saw a small pond with a Momma and baby moose standing in it.

Impressive Fall scenery from Stony Pass Road. I haven't taken that road since 2008 but I'm gonna make up for it this summer ('24). Thanks for some good memories and the preview.

@@trailhunterusa Well keep working on her! Had my wife convinced we should spend the summer out there and she picked the spot out and started the planning. But she couldn't work out the logistics with her horses and that ended that. I got a blank kitchen pass to travel out whenever I want to and that works for me. Sorry you won't make it out but I'll have some videos I'll put up on my channel if you care to check them out.
