Girlfriend of 5 years left me for another man when I was in addiction. She told me being sober for 2 weeks was not that long. I begged her to forgive me that I'd get better, I'd get a job, I'd make things better. She married the guy within a few months. Well it's been 9 years now, sober. I have a 6 figure job, house, 2 cars, child, different wife which can stay home with our child. Sometimes the best revenge is doing good for yourself. I guess that old girlfriend was wrong about me... IF YOU ARE IN ADDICTION YOU CAN GET OUT.
I know who and what I am! I have always been strong and stubborn and never changing who I am to fit in with others, never lowering my standards to be someone else. Yes sometimes being an out cast sucks and is painful, but I will not conform to what others want me to be to fit! I like who I am, I love what God has put in me!
My mother's death has hunted me time and time again everyday when I woke up the first thing that would cross my mind was that your mother was murdered though it all God has pulled me through I thank him everyday. I thank you pastor Steve for this word because today i can declare that I'm an editor of my life.

They are always perfectly timed. I was thinking this morning how the media is being used by Satan for his purposes but just realized God is also using the media to fight back. He makes it so tasty that you get hungry to read and the characters and events pop up like a popup kids book. We may feel the bible is confusing on out own, but with a Teacher of God like Steven under the house of Elevation Church. I enjoy his messages and dig in to the Bible to read what he teaches. If I am in Heaven when God calls Steven home, I pray I can see God hold him and say: Well Done faithful in my name. Now Look at what is yours. That would be a blessing many years from now.
