Everyone blaming smoking weed as if all celebs that smoke weed have had a voice change. She has had to undergo vocal surgery from Reinke's edema which is when your vocal chords are filled with fluid. ITS A FACT that after the surgery, your voice can sound way lower than it used to be. On top of that, she has gotten older too!

Miley has always had a deep voice, but her voice now is obviously very destroyed from smoking and probably drugs. I love deep voices too, and I've always enjoyed singing Miley's songs, because it's rare to find a female singer that's in my range, having a bit of a deeper voice myself. But her voice these days is just not as good, imo. :/
