Amazing content. This is exactly what I look for in a clean cut technical review of today’s technology. This is one of a kind, people should watch you guys more often then the rest. A lot of man power is put into these videos it seems, hopefully you guys sustain it for the future.
I’ve just switched from the AirPods to the QC30 and with that I owned all of those 4 headphones, I can confirm every single thing said in this video. And I add, after 5 or 6 months I’ve had to change the Beats X because the audio on the right bud was getting lower than on the left , and one thing I loved about the freedom was the fact that I could charge the external battery while draining the one in the headphones themselves, so you can potentially use them non stop as long as you are near a power source but if you lose the adapter you’re screwed. Great channel btw, your sound tests with the mannequin are a goldmine and listening them with the Sony WC-CH700N helps a lot!
Great review! I would have loved to have seen these compared with the Bose SoundSport given the typical use and price point. I’m thinking of getting the Bose for workouts/running/spinning while traveling.

I own the bose QC30 I spent 400 dollars with tax and insurance. Because anything electric that cost more than 100 dollars needs insurance. BUT.. the QC30 have a warranty of 2 years. That's right, TWO! years. So if the rubbery skin starts to come off like in the video you can take them back to the store an exchange for brand new ones, just bring the USB cable that came with them. The base is indeed awesome with the noise canceling. You could defitnely get lost in your music or movies. The ear buds different size can really make them lots more comfortable. All in all... they are pricey BUT.. you will only have to buy them once! And the 2 year warranty is a life saver.
We've 2 sets of QC30, in a very humid climate, and my wife trains with her set. Nothing coming off so far. Airpods are cool but they don't fit her ears, and I travel frequently so N/C is a must and I'm also clumsy, I would probably lose a pod or both.
One of the best reviews cause it depends on a lap experiment while the others only blathering without a scientific method I which if you include a mic test ,which head set has the best mic ? Thanks

AirPods as most comfortable? I cant use any apple earphones because they hurt my ears after 5 minutes, and then they continue to ache for a long while after. Anyone else affected in this way?

I purchased AirPods (to complete my Apple Ecosystem) and my god...its the worst product i ever seen from apple. Then i moved to QC30 and using still 1 year, its the best out of best. few points i have noticed from your video that 1. You can control the ANC with dedicated buttons so there will be no accidents while you are running on street (SO DONT PUSH AIRPODS HERE) 2. Regarding bass signiture its a very very punchy and NOT MUDDY at all, unlike others also you will get extra long confort to were this with. 3. What a shitty idea from Apple that one size for every ear ?? 4. I choose Bose over airpods due to its balnced sound profile and punchy bass 5. Only thing i like about airpods is that its case. nothing extra....
Bose has terrible quality control and build quality. Just awful. For me QC 30 lasted just one year with quite mediocre use. One year for original set and one year for replacement. Same thing with other headsets I've had - QC20 and bluetooth Bose Soundsport. With one exception - QC 35 which are still going strong. 😀

That's why he said they are one size fit all and are not for everybody. If they happen to fit your ear shape they are great.

Main way earbuds break is from cord being pulled which airpods will not hsve this problem making them less fragile to less careful users.
Wish more hi end wireless bud test ,eg Beoplay e8.erato etc
