In this video, I am showing you how to set and operate the memory seat function in your Toyota. Please note that this feature is available on select models and may not be applicable to your vehicle.
Drivers have the ability to save their preferred seat and side mirror settings to their vehicle, so they can conveniently return seat adjustments such as back support, lumbar support, and thigh support to their preferred position within seconds. With this feature, there is no need to worry about leftover seat adjustments from secondary drivers, ultimately adding to the comfort and convenience of your daily driving experience.

The driver seat on the 2014 is very low and this is disturbing me very much . there is no option to pull him up

Hi my 2020 4Runner does not have the buttons on the drivers door the 3 buttons one of which is “set”. Is there any other location they might be ?

Can you program your key fob so when you push on it, it sets one of the memory positions on the seat?
If this feature is available for your vehicle, your local Toyota dealership's service team will be able to let you know as well as set it up.
Does the memory settings lock with the keyfob? also what about the power telescoping steering wheel? does it also lock with the memory settings? Thanks
Some Toyota models have this feature available, it's best to contact your local Toyota dealer's service team so they can check if your vehicle has this, and if so they would be the one to enable it on your vehicle.
I have a 2016 Highlander with memory seating. I also have a 2016 tundra with memory seats. My tundra retracts when I pull the keys out for easier access to get out the vehicle. How can I get my Highlander to do that as well? Thank you!
That feature should also be on your 2016 Highlander, it's best to contact your local Toyota dealership and have their service team look at the vehicle.
My setting will recall everythign except the seat location. It does not move the seat position forward. Do you know any tricks to fix that?

Hi Hashim! I am assuming you are referring to the RAV4 :) Yes, you should have driver memory seat system on the 2022 RAV4 Hybrid XSE Tech package! Hope this helps!
Hello. Can we link the seat setting with the keys?
Seat setting is not linked to the keys with the older infotainment systems. The new system which debuted in the 2022 Tundra does link seat memory to driver through the initial set up in the app.
I get the long pause when I set it, but when I go to recall it nothing moves. It's just a shorter beep. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have the 2021 venza limited and just set my memory seat. Ever since then my automatic seat and steering wheel movement (for getting in and out easier) when i turn on and off no longer functions. How can I fix this?
Hi Binh! Check to see if your access slide feature has been disabled. On your vehicle's head unit, click MENU then SETUP then scroll down the left hand side and click VEHICLE. The option you want should be under CONVENIENCE SETTINGS. There should be an Easy Access Tilt and Slide option. Set these to FULL. Hope this resolves the issue!!
Is this available in prius prime too?
Thanks for your question regardless the seats in the Prius Prime. The 2022 Prius Prime has a power driver seat in the Upgrade and Upgrade with tech package model. It does not have a memory function. The base Prius prime has a manually adjusting seat. The Redesigned 2023 Prius Prime detailed specs have not been released yet.

The set and recall function will only be applicable to the driver’s seat. Vehicles that have the memory seat function available will have similar seat adjustment controls on the passenger side for their comfort.
I have a Toyota crown. When I turn the car off the seat automatically moves all the way back crushing my car seat and Childs legs. I have to remove my k off before we turn the car off. How can I fix that?

It doesn't seem to be a displayed customizable function/setting, but it's best to speak and see your local Toyota dealership service department so they can check further to see if this function is customizable on the back end of the computer setting of the vehicle.
Does this save the mirror position also?
Hi John! Great question- yes it does save both side mirrors and the driver seat position in select models (for example, the RAV4 Limited) In other models and trimlines, it may just recall memory seats only. Have a great day!
@@belletoyota Are you sure if this? I purchased a 2021 RAV4 XLE Premium a month ago and the outside mirrors do not change with the memory positions. I went to the owners manual for help and it does not mention whatsoever that the mirrors are included in the memory function and only references the front seat being changed. Do I need to have this checked at the service dept? Thanks!!
