    Great to find your video. I had NCR by Dr. Arrandt way back in 2006, and the truth is as you say, it's permanent relief. I can tell you, now in 2024, that Dr. Arrandt's correction of my severest pain symptom has lasted for this entire time. The first day, my vision improved dramatically, and a constant pain near my coccyx disappeared, gone forever. The third day a pain that I called "The Biker's Boot", as if a boot was always shoved into my neck, was gone. That pain had never relented for a second, eve on high doses of opioids. I had fought that pain for twelve years and seven weeks to that point and nothing ever made a dent in it. I would also tell you that, when with Dr. Arrandt, I felt the presence of a real healer,

      That's amazing! Thanks for sharing. I can't wait to see him again, hopefully this summer, for weeks 4 and 5. My neck is still almost 100% better since I saw him for weeks 2 and 3, and my lower back and hips got some improvement as well.

    Here's an update I have had 22 treatments now and made huge progress with post concussion syndrome but also I've struggled with chronic fatigue syndrome as well for about 16 years and this has improved even more! I've spent thousands upon thousands and went from doctor to supposed doctor with no help and it turns out if your brain isn't functioning properly then it can cause all kinds of issues... seems pretty obvious but our joke of a medical system ignores this procedure. Also the spot where I hit my head (the latest time of many impacts) has been painful to touch for 3 years now and each time my ND rubs on it it gets less and less tender. Last session I barely noticed any pain! So I can say this is legit and by far the best thing ever to happen to me health wise thanks for making this video it helped convince me to try it.

      I'm glad this video helped convince you to try it, as it has also been life changing for me. I'll probably be posting more videos as I go back this summer for weeks 4 and 5. Did you mean 22 days of treatment? So, about 4 or 5 weeks? Also if you don't already, start taking magnesium glycinate first thing every morning when you wake up and about an hour later you should have energy, alertness, focus, and a great mood. Even if you eat super healthy like I do, there just isn't enough magnesium in the foods we eat without supplementing because there is 3 times less magnesium in food then there was 100 to 120 years ago from changes in farming, soil, and food manufacturing and processing. I started taking magnesium 2 weeks ago and I sleep straight through every night now, but can't take it at night because it will keep me awake with energy. It also helps with my social anxiety since I just started back in college and it lowered my blood pressure from 125 to 115. Also alcohol, coffee, tea, soda, weed, edible thc, cigarettes, anti depressants, anti anxiety, and ADD meds all cause low magnesium. You need magnesium to make dopamine, serotonin, testosterone, and other hormones. It's used for over 700 processes and functions in the body. Most of the people with high blood sugar, pre diabetes, diabetes, insulin resistance, and high blood pressure, ADD, and anxiety are actually just low on magnesium, but doctors just throw everyone on meds and make their magnesium levels drop even lower. This is why I'm not a big fan of medical doctors and view them as a last resort.

      @@koreymayo8884 Cool good to hear it's helped you too! So now I've had 32 adjustments (treatments) I do one every week about and I started back in June of last year. I did four actually in May but that person did not do any bodywork before the adjustments so I don't think it really counts as NCR. I felt a lot better at times yet some of my symptoms actually got worse.... it was a roller coaster. I ended up ditching that guy and started working with the daughter of the developer of NCR Dean Howell. Her name is Selena Eon with Qwibil clinic in Tacoma WA if anyone is interested.
      Yeah I've been told to try magnesium but it seems to give me anxiety attacks, maybe I should look into magnesium glycinate though... I'll ask Selena about it. Thanks man best of luck going forward.

      So I've been doing the NCR since June of last year I do about 4 treatments a month so now I've had 32 adjustments total. Though the first person I worked with did not do any bodywork before hand and he was a lot more forceful with the inflations. I felt better overall but it actually made my anxiety attacks stronger (though lesser duration). I don't think what he did really qualifies as NCR like Dr. Dean Howell developed so I don't count those. I recommended NCR on a FB forum and someone did it with an ND that also did not do the bodywork and had a bad experience so I would caution anyone out there to be sure their doctor sticks to the protocol. Anyway I'm glad it's been so positive for you hopefully you make some more videos about it. Yes I also have started a really healthy paleo type diet and part of it is coconut water that has a lot of magnesium and electrolytes and it's helped my energy and sleeping even more. However I should ask my ND about magnesium glycinate as well thanks for the tip!

    So I finished my first treatment about two weeks ago and have to say it's very promising I feel so much calmer then before! I have had whiplash and a TBI and deal with mainly anxiety, depression fatigue and brain fog and they all are improving though about 4 days in everything got worse for like a day and took a few more days to recover from it. Apparently this is not uncommon and it's going to take a lot more treatments to get back to normal but I'm very optimistic about it. Also wanted to mention you should probably ignore my advice to get your neck adjusted by an upper cervical chiropractor now as they say your spine will straighten itself out on it's own as the skull gets properly positioned. Crazy stuff!

    • @koreymayo8884
      @koreymayo8884  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I always get my entire spine adjusted. Are you getting your treatments done with doctor arrandt or somewhere else?

      @@koreymayo8884 No I'm in Seattle area I saw Jeff Harris ND but now that I have insurance I'm going to try Selena Eon though it's a bit farther for me to drive. She is the daughter of Dean Howell the inventor of NCR and learned from him so I'm pretty stoked! So Dr. Arrandt adjusts your spine before he does the NCR? All this person did was some testing of my balance first to see where to insert the balloon.

    • @koreymayo8884
      @koreymayo8884  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Wes Porter wow the daughter of the inventor, that's amazing! And yes he always adjust my spine first and even wrists, knees, and ankles.

      @@koreymayo8884 Cool, yeah I wouldn't use a chiropractor that doesn't do NCR let me put it that way. Dean is a fascinating guy he has some good interviews on Vimeo but some of his youtube stuff is sort of unprofessional... but I see him as sort of an eccentric genius.

    Thanks for sharing! Im curious how long each session is? Also wondering how much an experinced practioner matter over choosing someone cheaper. I have a deviated septum, id love to be able to avoid surgery with this!

    • @koreymayo8884
      @koreymayo8884  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I highly recommend doing it for your deviated septum and would love to hear results because I have a family member that has a deviated septum that I've tried convincing to do this, but unfortunately they aren't very proactive about their health. Each session is around an hour because he really takes his time with you and is very thorough and adjust your spine every time and even ankles, knees, wrist, fingers, etc. Also answers any questions you may have better than any medical doctors out there. A lot of medical doctors are actually clueless when I ask them about my problems. I haven't tried anyone else that practices FCR/NCR except for doctor arrandt so I can't compare him with anyone else, but I would think it's worth going with someone like him that is experienced. I don't have any complaints or regrets.

    I live in south Florida and I looked up Dr. Arrandt. Unfortunately, it’s seems he passed away sept of last year (2023). That’s a shame.

      @LT-et5rr Yes, it is! It was very sad news for me as well. The last time I saw him, he told me he had colon cancer. Now I'm planning on seeing Chris Sipple Chiropractic in Berea, Kentucky, later this year since he is also an elite Cranial Facial Release practitioner.

    I saw some scary videos of the ballon adjustment on TH-cam. Is it super painful??

    • @wesporter2176
      @wesporter2176 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not really it's like getting water in your nose just kinda uncomfortable at first but you get adjusted to it. I would check into it it helped me greatly with concussion issues.

    • @koreymayo8884
      @koreymayo8884  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @wesporter2176 that's exactly how I would describe it! It just feels like water up your nose for a second each time the ballon is inflated. It's totally worth the small, temporary discomfort for permanent results!

    How much did this cost? Also any update on results for facial asymmetry? Its the main reason I want to try this

    • @koreymayo8884
      @koreymayo8884  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ive been meaning to post an update video after i went back for 2 more weeks. My face is more symmetrical, my breathing in my sinuses is better than ever before, my right hip and lower back are a little better, and my neck is 90% better still after an entire year, which means the results are permanent! Before i was going to different chiropractors for years to only get temporary results for literally a couple hours each time. Different chiropractors will charge different amounts. If you live in South Florida or are willing to travel like me then you can call his office and ask about pricing. Lewis J. Arrandt, DC
