Every time we think we're done hearing about how badly he fucked up we get a new champion who's like "Lol, the Ruination is stirring the Ten Primordial Demon Kings" "Lol, he ruined all the Camavoran dragons' lives"

Well... everyone makes some oopsies, right? Viego was very upset and, of course, could had done better, but I don't think that is a big deal. Just a little oopsie, and Camavor is on fire, another one and the Ruination happens, one more and the dragons are condemned... just little oopsies. We still love our boy. Viego is a good man for sure.
Viego is Lucian but with a bad ending, he was too young to be a king so he made mistakes for love... And now it's just a walking ghost of obsession (well he is trapped in that weird thing but you understand)

i love nilah but she gets yanked four different directions all the time. im ok w her being super strong but like. also be consistent with her moral compass. idk it read to me she desired to be remembered as a hero bc of her past life admiring them, and idk if im misremembering, but on the shadow isles who would be there to remember or commemorate her feat? still, at least with kathkan (as one of the teplies mentioned) being in rivalry witj camavor, that cld be relevant for her taking them down. i guess it could also be the demon, but her presentations in lor and lol color stories are as a heroic sort of figure

After 11 years on the Riot balance team I can't believe they just kicked her out like that. She even left Camavor to work in their main offices smh my head

It's not stated WHY she killed Grandmother Viper but given the other two are explicitly labelled as villainous, it MAY imply that Grandmother Viper was a threat to people as well? Who knows though.
Though I will say that if Grandmother Viper was allied with Camavor, it might make sense that Nilah would be her enemy. Nilah after all comes from Kathkan, which was enemies with Camavor. The Camavoran dragons are likely seen as vicious monsters by the victims of Camavor's conquests, slaughtering the empire's enemies in droves. And Grandmother Viper, being the progenitor of them, probably doesn't have the best reputation.

Shyvana is supposed to be a reduced version of dragon because of being half human, I thing the problem is having a dragon that is not the size of the dragons in the rift (and Asol is so weird to see in the game, it doesn't look right at all)

@@quadq3285 We have Aurelion Sol who's not a traditional dragon and fulfills the fantasy of "Celestial being" and we've got Shyvana who's more akin to a circus worker pretending to be a dragon than an actual dragon. We had a chance to play as an actual cool traditional dragon and we got this pathetic little thing.

I love this part of release where the concept art comes out and it’s obvious the design team passed up all the cool ideas in favor of the lamest one.
All I have to say is Viego. They could have done a haunted Wraith King who carries the sarcophagus of his dead wife, and they went with topless anime E-Boy.

Seeing smolder's mom, just made me wish we had an actuall dragon champ, not a lil dragon but a dragon. Kinda hope that shyvanas rework brings a cool dragon.
Im actually getting Game of Thrones vibes somehow. I mean a far kingdom that is working with Dragons. Viego and Vladimir have white hair like the Targaryens. I wouldn't be suprised if we get a similar scene of GoT like "Dragons vs white walkers" in Freljord or somewhere else.
I love seeing inkarnate maps (1:15). I always point them out when I see them cause it is cool to see assets you know sorta like Warcraft assets (mainly skill icons/ items) being everywhere.

You should do a review of the Ruination novel, there isn’t a single review that has the knowledge you have, and it would be a good incentive to make people actually read a book and not just a story from a website.

Let's get the facts straight she did probably terrorize ancient Kathkan long before Nilah yes, but Grandmother viper wouldn't fade into legends and be known for disappearing if it was actively doing something. So aside from actively indirectly causing Ashlesh's legacy and name be known no. she had no reason

I dont really get the whole, they couldn't fit a big dragon into the game, we already have 2 other dragons in shyvana who gets pretty big and asol in the game, HOTS managed to do it too in deathwing.
