Love the videos guys! I like seeing the different lift packages and wheel and tire packages come together on a previously stock truck. This is One of my favorite builds. I like the cleanliness and the simplicity of this one. Great job guys keep it up!
Another question ( you guys would be the guys to ask!!) with a bit of trim work and this 6” bds lift do you think I will clear 20x12 wheels -44 off set with a 35x12.5 tire ?
As cool as it would be Swing, we don't do it because that's a ton of filming and editing and most viewers don't watch long enough for it to be worth the work to be put in to capture it =\
@@idahomike00 I got it from the bds website and i got the upgrade to the fox shocks and an add a leaf spring, traction control bars and all the good stuff. It all added up pretty quick to about 3,400$
I'm getting a 6 inch Rough Country suspension lift for $999.99 for my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 but I'm not sure about it, I saw a 5.5 inch Zone lift for $1,600 and well idk if I should drop the extra $600 😕

I can tell just by looking at the parts they look a hell of a lot better quality than rough country

@@CustomOffsetsTV do tie rods need cut 3/8 on bds lift also??
The stance on that truck is prefect. Now with running those 35's with a 6" lift, did you guys have to cut or trim any metal or plastic?
Yes we did billy

You can say it. It looks fuckin awesome
Does the replacement leaf spring option for BDS change the pay load or towing capability of these trucks?
Wonder if this would look ok with 33x12.5R20 on a ten in wheel
Custom Offsets can we see a complete installation video from start to finish?
As cool as it would be Swing, we don't do it because that's a ton of filming and editing and most viewers don't watch long enough for it to be worth the work to be put in to capture it =\
Also I wonder how much your mpg will drop from this lift my f350 with a 6” lost like 10 mpg
Lifting a truck and modifying it does unfortunately do that..
Get a cold air intake, tonneau cover and a tune and that'll help your mpg a good bit
What are the dimensions of the wheels and tires on this truck?
Does this lift push the front end out 2” like it typically would for an rc lift kit or does it keep the factory offset ?
It pushes it out, most people will run 1.75" spacers to correct it!
Custom Offsets awesome thank you!
How much did all that cost
Check the links in description David!
do people with v6 silverados lift their trucks this way? is that a thing?>
IVAN MARTINEZ yes indeed i’m doing it to mine

How much is this exact package? I'm wanting to put something like this on my 17' Silverado???

@@01Cheezit I saw it online for 2grand.

Does this kit fit on 2WD Chevy also
Do you need to regear running 35s on a 1500
Regearing is not required when moving to bigger tires, however it is recommended
So what if you decide to take the lift back off and return to stock? I seen they were cutting shit off would you not be able to return it to stock?
Scotty Papa what goes up, can not always come down.
They are freakin awesome! 😂
So they keep the OEM control arms? The kit doesn't come with it?
Danny, some kits utilize the OEM control arms, some replace them

Zeus The Puppy zone is made my BDS
What kind of tires on are the truck?
Is it just me or do the CV angles look a little steep with this lift?
Can you tell me the size and offset on the wheels? I'm guessing 20 x 9 +1?
Thats what I currently have and they look almost identical (stance wise) so I'd say yes.
So how much $ it will cost for my truck ? I have exactly same one
You can checking pricing on lifts right on the site! customoffsets.com/suspension
Damn I want a truck now.
Damn it my man Shawn still isn't here
Brad is the Lifts and Levels King, Shawn doesn't do these.
I just bought a 2013 chev 1500 4x4 with a bds lift. Is there a place i can measure to know wether its a 4 or 6" lift?
If control arms are level, it’s a 4”. If the control arms are slightly angled down (like shown in the video), it’s a 6”
God that guy is a nervous wreck talking on video.
greg raymer Some people get nervous around cameras I know I do I think he did a good job keep up the great work Brad !
No I get it I would too, that's why is Sean said hey your doing a video I would say um no thank you . Lol
Brad likes to be socially awkward on purpose! But he's getting alot more camera friendly!
lol it's all good I like watching him get nervous because I would be a wreck doing that.
Skid plates rust the fuck out , not impressed at all
What does something like that cost?
