Capcom eventually gave up and that’s why we got what we got. the game feels half finished…because it is half finished.

Everyone's questioning how you can play as Apocalypse and I'm wondering who the hell that is between Blackheart and Omega Red at 0:50. I've played as all of the hidden characters (Shadow, Mephisto, etc) and I have NEVER seen that guy, let alone used him.
