no such thing as a "lowball offer". A home or anything that is sold is only worth what the market says it's worth. I.E. what a buyer is willing to pay.
Not true. There is a weird company called “housing now” they will sue your city and the city will settle instantly and they sue to enter ordnances that the locals would never want. Pretty soon you end up with no zoning. They can cram in a 4 story apt building to the property lines with no parking in low density neighborhood with it being a halfway house in Grand Rapids now. All of this without any local vote.
What are your thoughts on the housing market? 🤔
New subscriber here 😊 how did you know I slept through economics class 😂 it was only once or twice 🤷🏾♀️
@@NevaG2190 Haha same here! Thanks for subscribing, it’s much appreciated.
Housing in Michigan is so fucked

“It’s never too soon” to lowball! Well alright! green light 🚥
Wouldvlove yo hear your thoughts on the lansing area.
I am trying to not get a loan/mortgage. But if I have to get one, I want to cap it between 4 to 5 years of my salary until it would be paid off.
Have a great credit score have a small down payment, I’m approved, I can get into a house and starve in the dark while working 60 hours a week
Just wait a little as the prices drop the banks will have to get ride of the huuuuuuuuggggggeeeee amount of houses they are holding onto
Exactly.
Banks are holding onto a lot of houses and so many for sale right now. Lots fsbo
It’s also extremely difficult to get zoning and ordinances changed these days.
