Look skill is not the case, there is less jobs in the market. Companies required so many skills at a same time. And its not easy for a fresher to occupy all of the or any single one without clg support.
Just buying courses we can not get those skills.
Skill is also one of the case. Most of the guys are poor in communication, leadership, problem solving. These are also required. But unfortunately college only focus on academic alone with marks. Secondly admission to given to everyone due to reservation in govt college as well as due to money in private college on the basis of Right to Education where all-round skills are killed and every one gets paper degree. In India admission are given on the basis of 12 th marks without caring for other criteria.

The ground reality is people are skilled but companies has extraordinary expectations they want perfection thatswhy competition is high among candidates to get job. Whereas the fact is that the same person who is judged deeply for not being able to answer one theory qstn is also equally capable to contribute to the company. But if they are not getting any opportunity then how can they even prove themselves then the only way comes is standing upto the company's expectations which differs from company to company. So the only fact is tgat there is unemployment you cant deny it. Unemployability term is just an excuse. I agree with the fact that our education system is worst bcz engineers the not being tought practical stuff and skills demand in market. But then after college theu do join different skills in demand where coaching institutes who assures to provide placement assistance turn out to be scamster failing to stand upto their points and there also common students suffers and then so called smart and intelligent people who are earning nice comes and give such speech that there is unemploybility and not unemployment. I would rather suggest you to face the ground reality and then say.

It isn't true that jobs are not available, there are jobs available.
The problem is education system, HR policies are not upto the mark, decision makers in company are growing old and they don't want changes since that is threat to there jobs.
Young lads are far skillfull but the truth is senior mgmt do not want them cos they fear that he or she can be a potential competitor.
I have enough skills in my portfolio per to get job you need recommendations, hence I decided to start my own company although struggling yet making progress.
As an advice to all the young lads please do not waste time in india try middle East for tech jobs who are ambitious more

If TCS really wanted to fill these 80 thousand vacancies, it would have done it even if there was huge skill gap. They would have hired unskilled people and given them training to fill the skill gap. So it is a completely laughable and a big lie that companies are not hiring due to skill gap. They are simply not hiring because they don't need to.
