Population is not a problem. Lack of factories and corruption in the public and private companies are the reason and whiever is telling that youths are not employable they are just hiding their faults. Jobs are not available because one employee need to do the work of 4 employees hence the companies don't hire more employees.

Well, factually the average salary of an IT employee has been stagnant, if you take out the elite handful. Mass recruiters still offer the same salary they offered in 2013. Infosys, TCS, and almost most of these companies exploit the employees.
The elite handful has reduced hiring and terminate offer letters. On top of that, the inflation and high taxation has caused it hard to survive in any tier 1 city, where the employers are usually located

I studied Mechanical Engineering and completed in 2019.
I got job as Clerk in State Secretariat in 2023.
I tried and tried, however, that's all I could. Competition is high. In 2021 I missed out prelims of PCS exam due to 0.25 marks.
I'm still trying.

Micro and small size manufacturing factories in India can give highest number of employment combined together... But heavy taxes, licence fees, interest rate, low margin, hidden bank charges force these factory owners to reduce man power employed...
Also, you can't fire employees during recession, if you have more than 100 employees. Isliye, wih choti factory lagate hain, jisme 100 se kam employee hire karte hain.

this is what most influencers do... sell their courses to the unemployed masses while mocking them on their faces and telling them how to get a job. they themselves are not capable enough to have a job in the first place. being unemployed, they make money by milking other unemployed... a rather new tactic in the market (eg: employment websites/apps/forums/courses/talk shows/interview prep/resume prep, etc which give all kinds of job listings and help to improve/enhance personal skills BUT add little to no value to our own experience)

Funny how people lost well known knowledge. In old days, what college you select and what area you select for your education was important. 30 years ago people would have advised not to go for political science or BA, B. Ed, etc. because in those areas you will remain unemployed. Sure, these people may have done an MBA, but there are so many crappy schools in India that anyone can do an MBA. Getting an education is so much easier today. The topic discussed in this video should not be discussed in the first place.
Great analysis brother, nowadays getting a degree is very easy. Many private/open University are there where you can switch to any degree. even private university is selling PhD degree. BA/BSC/BCOM etc.or their masters course like MA/MSC/MCOM etc. graduates are unemployed due to lack of skill. I'm also BSc Maths + M.A. economics+ B.Ed but I have great teaching skill so you can easily earn good amount of money in pvt sectors after these degrees if you have any kind of skill like coding/designing/teaching/marketing/sells you can earn easily even though amount vary from experience
Even companies are asking experience and there are lack of entry points for entry level such as internships, apprenticeships and placements. Upon that the graduates entry is also narrowing down

12:48 This one suit's my case , exact issue i face .My parent's escpecially father is the one who always use this ( Samaj ko dekhkar chalna hoga) line to stop me from taking risk for anything I want to do.Also compare's me a lot with other's, he think by spending money on my education he has done thing unthinkable for me not thinking of what he has done to me not supporting my thought and plan's for myself . He in 2-3 days give's me lectures and suggestion recieved by so called samaj of his,forces me to go for upsc sometime and sometime say's something new he recieved in suggestion .
