Bhai iss HR k samne kisi kisi corporate Employee ko bitha do tab ek b answer ka jawab nahi de payegi 😂
BCom passout HR rejecting someone with MS degree from reputed institute just because of ineligible degree 💀

She passed her 12th aur yeh HR hai 😅😂😂
As an HR, I focus mostly on Skills.
In HR ke baat sunkar aisa laga ki ek engineering ko job milna rocket science se jyada tough hai 😊 ek job ke liye itna physical and mental investment hone ke baad ek admi ka personal life me dene ke liye kya bachta hai!!??🤔🤔 Itna Sara stress ke baad kahi wo robot to nahi ban jate he???🤨🧐🤔😱🙄
Aur ha ...ye HR log khud ko Mr & Mrs perfect kiun samjhte hai!!??🧐🤔 Like they are born from special Womb with special pair of gene 🧬
Incompetency is evaluating the competency Indian IT industry becomes a joke.
Good HR
Interview dene gaya tha vaha ja kr bol diya maine - why should i join you🙂
Please bring a Presales consultant or a bid manager next

99% of the HR people are collecting money from candidates at the time of interview.
Dark secret of Hr: blackmailing, asking money from candidates at the time of interview, bargaining with talented candidates, playing cheating game of salary hike against employees.
Best performant also get laid off due to poor performance of company. Usually this happen with mid level and small. Not with big co like. TCS infosys
HRs need to to be more empathetic .......truth is in most of the companies HRs do what the managers say .
There are rare cases where HRs take stand for honest employee rather they listen to managers blindly (mostly in indian MNCs)
Adding to it companies give more chance to female HRs thinking they can connect with employees emotionally but unfortunately they don't.....
Areey inhe kya chahiye…. aadmi ya machine?!🤯
i am recruiter, skills ka pata ho , if you know what skills are required than surely freshers can job, par degree hone ke baad hum sochte hai.
Being a Recruiter myself I can confirm everything shared in the video is not right.
