Go for it, I also bought my first HD Low Rider S, with 117 motor and I love it, I replaced the to accommodate it with a passenger seat and back rest to make the wife happy and comfy. It's really a great bike with a lot power to push rig to the limits. It runs so smooth and very easy to handle. This is an awesome ride to have and enjoy..............Loving my Low Rider S

great video, happy for you. harley is a great bike. I have a 2014 softtail cvo that I've built and love. I'm now on my second build of a 2021 streetglide special. love Harleys and mustangs.
I almost forgot to mention this... I decided to ride my Fatbob stock during the warranty to get a good idea why Harley Davidson designed the motorcycle exactly the way they did.
After that I changed the seat, moved the license plate with tail light under the rear fender, a Screaming Eagle air cleaner, and a Road Rage exhaust. I rode it around for a few weeks and then had the Master Tech dyno tune it. I also had to add a removable back rest for my wife to keep up with me.
Now I believe the Bassani to be too loud when I ride aggressively. Tipical gas mileage for me is over 50 mpg while riding mostly in third gear on two lane roads.
So funny you got this. I saw you at the last mustang week, and have been a subscriber for years. I also love sport bikes and just sold my CBR600RR a month ago. I just purchased a 2004 HD sportster custom 1200. I love it, and I know you will too!

I would strongly suggest you look into moonshine horsepower on the softail builds that will give you an idea of how to turn this thing into a 10 second quarter beast.

And let the disappointment begin. When not if you make a warranty claim you will hear my words. Research crank run out issues and then sell it. My fatbucket has been in the only brand new bike i bought out of 9 bikes. The most poorly manufactured machine ive owned and the most expensive. Check out kevin baxters channel on youtube.
