They used the Heroes' Feast and Aid spell (Upcast to level 5 probably) which are Cleric spells that increase the max HP of the party until long rest. Heroes' feast increases your max HP by 12 and makes you immune to disease, poison and fear, awesome Level 6 Cleric spell I love using it in high difficulties. Aid is a level 3 spell that can be upcast to level 6, they probably only used up to level 5 which still increases your max health by 20. Both of them together gives insane HP boost :)
