- people are always asking me what is my fav pedal. It's such a hard question to answer because I literally love so many of them. I consider them to be my "instruments"
I've created this compilation soundscape video to showcase the ten most used pedals in my ambient music process. I guess the ones I use the most are my favs. They aren't in any particular order, I just love everything about them and what they do for me in the studio. All of them are perfect stand alone pedals.
Maybe some of my favs are your favs too....

I got a Nightsky too!!! Woohoo! It sounds beautiful. It's fast to dial up tones with all the knobs etc... Having the separate dry/wet knobs, as simple they may be, is a dream.

there are so many great pedals out there, it's tough to name just only ten. 😉
the Dr. Scientist Atmosphere looks very interesting.
One thing is surprising to me: many reverbs (or reverb/delay), but no delay.
I would have expected that in example the Particle v2 would make it into the top ten.

Fantastic stuff! I have a bunch of ambient orientated pedals, but the only one of the ones you've showcased that I've got is the Minim, so it was great to hear the rest, and what you did with the Minim. Lovely stuff. thank you!

Superb video work.
I did like the AR with the acoustasonic and bow. I used some bow on my EP (see channel for playlist or Bandcamp) but that was in a Sigur Ros way rather than how you did it. Must give that a go as I figure out my next recording. I don’t have any of these pedals, currently using Marine Layer Reverb and just got the Immerse. I did use my Treverb a lot though which almost gave a flute like texture to some parts of the EP which I was very happy with.

This is great to listen to, aside from a pedals presentation you ever check out the Neunaber Immerse mk2? It's has amazing reverb algorythms, a sustain reverb etc.. and it's really easy to use.

Still trying to understand Mood, but Microcosm and Mimim are pretty much my two most used pedals on my board. Love them so and love this video. ❤
As if my GAS weren't enough of a problem already; fortunately a bunch of these pedals sell as fast they're made, so I have no choice but to wait 😂 I've really been enjoying the combination of Chase Bliss Audio's Blooper, EHX's Superego+, and Pladask Elektrisk's Draume, tied together with a Matrise... This video has provided a lot of inspiration to go hunting for untapped potential in the stuff I have already... but I'd still love a Fabrikat and a Microcosm (and the Snare Trap, for that matter, which seems like an awesome tool)... Thanks for another beautiful video :)

Very inspiring collection of pedals. Good production. Behind almost every pedal I hear additional reverb in the back. Always the same?
There is no additional pedals other than shown in the video ? Maybe it’s the room verb?
nice sounds, i use a zoom g1xon with particle reverb , a volume pedal, a clon rat and a drum stick for ambient, the other setting is in the present in the zoom, the bow is a cello bow or something?, i see to long for a violin

I’m using an 8 dollar craft board as a greenscreen. There’s a video on my channel going through my whole demo/video process, I have a very budget approach to all of this lol

Nice video but I confess at being a wee bit disappointed that of the pedals I own (Walrus Slo, OBNE Dark Star, EQD Afterneath, EQD Transmisser, Boss Tera Echo and Hologram Infinite Jets) none made the list.
Those are all fantastic pedals (I have them all but the dark star but that’s on the way). It was extremely difficult for me to select a top ten because I have so many amazing pedals here so I decided to select based on the ones I’ve used most in the studio for recording this past year.

It’s not clear what is the original sound and what is the pedal impact
This is meant to be a top ten video of pedals I’ve used in my music process. its segments of full pedal demos that I’ve done (that show the sound-source) I thought it would be a way better viewing experience if I showed mostly the highlights and my fav parts. It’s also meant to be more of a performance thing rather than a tutorial.
The Chase Bliss is absolutely disappointing for the extremely high price. I think the Strymon Nightsky is good, but the high price of almost €500 is also completely exaggerated here and does not justify the performance offered.
