    Congratulations on your recovery process. I don’t have an addiction problem, but grief is something to be addressed to, isn’t it? So I think it would be very interesting for me to make a meditation cloth, which is something I never made. Thanks for sharing your experience 💙💛❤️💜🧡💗💚🖤♥️

      Oh yes, Alexandra, I have thought about making grief cloths or grief books to focus on and feel deeply and tenderly into the layers of grief held in my body while slowly stitching and then, of course, I would want to bury them.

    Let's talk about that beautiful denim shirt you are wearing. I have a favorite that it getting thin and I thought of doing some borro stitching on it. Is that what you've done to your shirt? Just the yolk or the whole front? I love it and on my phone it looks like you stitched it.
