What is Cupping Therapy & Why I Love It
In this video, I share what cupping therapy is, what it helps with, why I love doing it with clients and on myself as a massage therapist and what kinds of cups I like to use in my massage therapy practice. I'll be sharing more videos with specific cupping techniques for different parts of the body that you can do at home or with clients if you are a massage therapist. Cupping is amazing for anyone who works with their hands - artists, musicians, writers, gardeners, landscapers, bodyworkers, anyone who works on a computer or is on their phone texting a lot...cupping can bring relief from muscle and fascia tension, break up scar tissue, help mobility of joints and help create healthy flow of blood and lymph so we feel better and healthier and have less pain and stiffness.
I'm Emma Freeman, owner of Deep Rooted Healing in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Healing Artist, Reiki Master and Poet and love sharing what I learn about the body and healing to help others with their well-being. I'm Buddhist, sober and a Highly Sensitive Person. My website is www.deep-rooted-healing.com.

Hi Maria, for my books I like to stitch 4-5 blank pages together and then explore stitching on the pages intuitively from there. Some of my students like to keep the pages loose and free and stitch on them first, then bind them at the end. There's no right or wrong way to do it, I'd just play and experiment and see what resonates with you.
