FLOUNDER is not only my favorite fish of all fish, but it is also the first ever fish I ever caught and ate back in 1985! I didn't even know what kind of fish it was when I caught it...but this old man next to me told me what it was, and showed me how to clean and fillet it (we normally cut it into four fillets), the rest of fish we used for a soup. I took the four fillets home and fried them up...still the best fish I ever had in my life!!🥰 I would LOVE to try and make it the way you did, it looks so wonderful!!.............. AND........ Speaking of looking wonderful, I am so enjoying reading and looking at your wonderful and excellently crafted cookbook I bought this morning! Everyone needs to own this masterpiece!! Love the history lesson on the word for the gravy.... how do you spell that word? "Skew"?? Oh my gosh, the Colonel himself would be proud of that gravy sister!! I think I could just drink that whole bowl! LOL "Sit down and demolish this fish"!!! LOL!!! I totally understand; I almost screamed looking at that beautiful chunk of fish you just ate!!! Hello sis Shirley now you're reminding me and my Dory memory prob. I was trying to think of one of my other favourite fish which is Salmon but it didn't come to me at the time. 😂😂😂 to be honest I've never cooked snapper fillet before to be honest.
